Nice "pub", but quite expensive at $7-8 for 0.47 liters. Ok, it’s just San Diego.

Food, Service, atmosphere, and brews... Chef's Kiss. Try the turkey burger, grab a Pilsner or a Red Trolley and you're set. It's just a hop and a skip from the Amtrak if you're passing through.

Visiting SD for work & had to go back twice for the burgers (yes i like my meat cooked well, don't hate) & drink options. Service was amazing and the nicest down to earth calm casual servers both visits. Good vibe for all.

This place... IS INCREDIBLE! Originally planned on going to a taco and beer fest on the pier, the line for that must've been about 2 days long, so the bf and I decided to go somewhere else. Saw it was a close walk and went there to feed our hungry faces and have our own mini beer fest. We were NOT disappointed!!! The service was great, our bartender was a sweetheart and helpful, and the FOOD. WAS. PERFECT. I got the mac n cheese, which was voted best in San Diego for 2 years, and let me tell you by far the best I've ever had. My boyfriend got the carne asada tacos, and we also got the sweet chili garlic wings. Everything was absolutely perfect, and we were also given a few beer samples! Highly recommended going here, and we'll definitely be back

This place is so underrated. I ate here 5 times in the week I was here and needed to come back more. Salads and burgers are great but the steak put me in heaven. The beers were amazing too.

We had the fish and chips and the mahi mahi tacos, both tasted great. The atmosphere was a bit loud but it was as expected. We went a bit early and there was space, but it was getting busy as we left.

Can't believe I've never opined on this spot. I'm pretty sure I remember when it opened like 20 years ago. I've been here dozens of times over the years because of the location (near downtown courts and offices) mostly for lunch but sometimes for dinner after a long day in trial.I've also been to other locations- I went to the one in kearney Mesa a year or two ago. Anywho, I was here for dinner. I submitted by whole order before anyone approached me about anything, water, etc. Not a big deal for me, who loves to order without talking to anyone but maybe others who don't know the spot as well as I do.The steak and beer I got were good, I wanted to mention that the zucchini they included were actually tasty and not just a greasy throw away side as is often the case at brewery type places. When the waiter did arrive he was nice, although he had nothing to help me with.Generally speaking I felt like things had been upgraded since my last pandemic era visit several years ago.Vegetarian options: Some.Dietary restrictions: Stuff for everyone.Parking: Kind of tough.Kid-friendliness: Yes.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

Such a great time. A waiter in that rarified class that is prescient and anticipates everything. The food was great. Wife had Mac and Cheese and raved. I had the beer sausage and savoured every bite. Best part was random visits by the waiter with beer samplers. Going back for certain.
