Very disappointed in the service this morning. I felt like I was bothering the lady by ordering a donut. No smiles and cold short responds. The worst part is when my daughter went to pick up her donut bag the lady slaps napkins down on her hand!!

They were RAW!!!!!!!!! in the middle and they wasted them by putting them in the trash. A dozen donuts were like completely horrible ??!!!!

Waited 35 minutes in drive thru. Dozen original were stale, old, sweaty, tasted horrible. Took to St. Patrick's party, not one person at a Krispy Cream because of what they looked like!!! The manager said they were fresh... Right.

The doughnuts were old, and the frosting on top was cracking and not fully covering the tops. I had to wait at the speaker for over 10 mins before my order was taken. This is so crazy what happen to companies and employees taking pride in the work/product that they offer/show? I live 25 mins away from Krispy Kreme and wasted over $20 on a dozen. Gas cost too much to make a trip for just a replacement. If I was offered a refund and replacement, maybe. I would appreciate a replacement at a time I choose on the books.

The line is now in the seating area so there is nowhere indoors to sit and eat donuts. Forced to leave. Manager insists this is how it's supposed to be.
