I got food poisoning from this place. Didn't think twice of the food, thought it was good until the following night. I've eaten at this establishment plenty of time so I know what to expect. However, I know this is what gave me food poisoning as it was the only thing I hate. Hate to say they prepared this in unsanitary conditions or the food was going bad. Definitely not coming back, I am traumatized

I walked in and the song "Me so Horny" was playing and as I'm waiting for my food I notice the song is on repeat. One of the kitchen staff yelled to the cashier to "Please change the song I've heard this 7 times" and she replied "No I like this song" and then it played an 8th time before the same kitchen staff member asked her again to please change it. I'm not easily offended it was just annoying hearing "Me so horny" so many times lmao

this place ain't what it use to be... I got a mini BBQ chicken plate tiday....chicken was dry and had excess teriyaki sauce.it was horrible. like teriyaki cardboard... rice was OK.....Mac....was soggy...this place is off my list....

Sadly received food with hair in it tonight. I'm talking hair buried in DEEP into the mac salad I was actively eating.Called the restaurant to let them know I found hair in my food & she tried telling me, "Well all the cooks are bald here..." Immediately trying to play like they couldn't be responsible. Then when I explained to her the hair was BURIED in the mac salad she said, "Well I'm new here & idk what to do so if you give me your number the people in charge can call you tomorrow."I laughed so hard. ?

I didn't love it, but I didn't hate it. I did really like the spam masubi, but the chicken Katsu bowl was like something you might get handed to you at a free meal charity, not something I'd pay for.

Why so stingy with the spam?! I always order spam masubi, bruh the spam was nonexistent, oh and we know that's you posting all those "positive" reviews karla, you're not fooling anyone. A friend told me to try Homestyle Hawaiian, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Thought of L&L Hawaiian Barbecue and I have to say this one is the best. The cook and the ladies up front. Karla has to be one of my favorite servers. She's respectful, puts a smile on my face every time and gives the best food advice ! Thank you guys keep up the good work !
Love the spam musubi here usually the go to definitely recommend! Customer service is great Karla was wonderful during the rush so you can definitely appreciate that!

The food is nothing to complain but service is horrible Lady in the front tried to give me somebody else’s canceled called older. Then got mad because I did not want somebody else’s order started making bad jokes about me with the cook in Spanish not knowing I speak Spanish went right to refuse my service when I get mad about that

This place gets very busy but they handle. Carla was working the front and gives great customer service . Although she had a bunch of pick up and online orders she was still nice and took care of us. Great multitasker. Thank you guys!

Eventhough the online system is down, Karla did a good job with my order and only waited tops 10 mins. Really good customer service and delicious food.
