The service was terrible. We had to ask 3x's to get enough place settings & water for the number in our party/reservation. Never got drink refills, waited 20+ minutes to get the bill & had to ask someone else to find our waitress to bring us the bill. The garlic bread was terrible; too much olive oil, salt & garlic. The Margherita pizza was good. The Prosciutto e barratta was very good. The gnocchi with pesto was inedible. Will not be back! Disappointing.

This is our second year coming here for Valentine's Day! The staff is SO outwardly kind and welcoming, and it seems like they genuinely want their guests to have a good experience. They offered great recommendations, and although I couldn't decide between two pasta dishes the waiter offered to bring me red pepper flakes so I could still have a spicy dish but a different one! It was such a small gesture but it really was so thoughtful to me, it's experiences like these at restaurants where it doesn't feel like you're inconvenient to the staff. My boyfriend got the lobster ravioli and I wanted to take all of them off his plate. Overall, this place is really great, the spritz was delicious as well as the pasta, and Im so glad we've started a tradition of dining here. Thanks for a great night!

Might've been the best pizza we've ever eaten. The atmosphere is great, and the service was outstanding. They have a fantastic, happy hour that you should ask about when you make a reservation.

They had several employees call out. It happens, the staff made every attempt and effort to ensure that we were taken care of. We love this place. We had an 8 top. My girlfriend and I have been here many times, the other 6 had never been, but were all very pleased with everything from the quality of food, to the beautiful staff. I just wish they had a liquor license.

My daughter thought her pasta (kid's meal) was the best. She loved the pomodoro sauce. The rest of us had pizza and they were all good. The calamari was also cooked excellent-not chewy at all. Service was very friendly:) just expensive, but that's the norm these days. Pasta with a sauce and no meat or seafood or anything in it for $25.50 is a bit excessive to me.

YOU NEED TO GO HERE! The food was amazing, best pasta in San Diego. The staff was amazing as well very attentive and so nice. Everything here was good, the pasta, bread, dessert. I plan on coming here again and again and again. I recommend this place to everyone.

Made reservation for anniversary got sat in back patio where dog was barking and moms bringing toddlers there to run around! I ordered lasagna and it was not right....noodles not cooked and I have ordered lasagna so many times and this just wasn't right. I am not a review person but we did not have a good experience here at all.

Food is decent, happy hour is good! We went for the Thursday Amici special, but oddly they would only honor the offer per person, not per table, even though it was only me and my husband dining. As an industry worker, to me that's crazy. It entices people at the same table to ask for split checks to be able to use their own offers. Do your staff a favor, and let families and couples use the same offer!

Ah, wonderful outdoor setting, wonderful service and delicious food! Our arrabbiata pasta and bianco pizza were perfect for our afternoon relaxing lunchtime! Our Gia (pup) enjoyed the calm setting of the patio!

Gnocchi with the cheese sauce - SO good! I wish the gnocchi pieces were a little larger, but it's definitely filling and enough, also you can tell it's homemade. Probably some of the best pasta I've had in San Diego so far. Pizza also good. Classic margherita seems to be the way to go.

We loved the authentic Italian cuisine from the pizza to the pastas, and if you're looking for a gluten-free pizza, look no further. Scuderie's gf pizza looks and tastes like the regular Neapolitan. We were only in town for a week, but went back to this place twice. They also have a great wine list. Our server was friendly & attentive, and we appreciated that we could make a reservation. It's tough to get a party of 9 into a place that doesn't take reservations without a really long wait. I highly recommend!

The food is always delicious here. Delicious pizza on the happy hour menu 2 for $20. We all had pasta and my husband and son in law love the lobster ravioli. Very accommodating to the kids. You won't be disappointed.

Really enjoyed all our food (4 of us) and pizza appetizer we chose to start with. Service was a little slow, but certainly not a problem and the ambiance was just OK. Would come back, but not quite worthy of a 5 Star despite the stellar food.

Great pesto and the dessert was delish! Tuesday half off pizza amazing! Tiramisu was a treat - we would order it again! Did I mention the wine ? from Italy wonderful too! Great time!

Dinners were very good. We both had one of the house specials with a starter of prosciutto, mozzarella and bread. Yummy. Wine list not bad Got there at 6:30 and they were really busy. Believe it was the happy hour crowd finishing up. Quieted down a little when they finished. Service good. A little cold for sitting outside, but would definitely do next time.
