Real Chicago service. Real Chicago beef, sausage, giadiner peppers, au jus you can drink it is so good, buns soft and crusty Like a real Chicago beef bun. You can't even find it this good in Chicago anymore. When you arrive place your order at the counter, pay , get drinks, find your seating and wait for the magic to arrive. " Portillos be afraid. Came in with a group of friends and clearly they were pretty jam packed and understaffed yet all the workers were still incredibly friendly and accommodating. Pizza was great definitely recommend the South Sider. Ambience was great and overall a really solid restaurant.

Came in and ordered some slices and as soon as we came in they told us, " no tables right now for 20 minutes" right after a group of ladies came in and they were accommodated quickly, so I thought ok and I ordered two slices and I was told 5 minutes then I went back in and i was told multiple times, "your order is going to take a while" until I left even tho there was people still waiting inside.

Lefty's had awesome service and the deep dish meat lovers pizza was great but the crust could have been a little better and it was extremely saucy. Overall good service and good pizza but just not the best deep dish, but still good.
