I order a crazy pizza they give me a thin pizza, I call the store no one answer the phone, poor service bad food, not test as little ceaser, bad bad bad never come back to this

The pizza served here has only been bad like once out to the 10 times or so I’ve ordered from them. Whoever is making these pies and leading these people, need to start their own pizza place. The pizza has never been burnt. The cheese and marinara sauce toppings are always acceptably applied. I mean in a great way though because I’ve only been disappointed once. For people who want consistency, definitely get your pizza from here ???Wheelchair accessibility: You can get someone that’s using a wheelchair through their doors. There is a ramp leading up to it from the sides I believe. Or right in front.

Really friendly, patient front of house staff! They were really patient and kind with the me and the three 10-12 year old boys that I was babysitting. The boys love their pizza and didn't want to go anywhere else. Our two pizzas and two Crazy bread orders took about 15 minutes to prepare.

So I have been going to this little Cesar for years. The pizza’s are OK. It’s a Little Caesars. Stop going as much because the prices kept going up and up and up. So today I felt like having some pizza. Ordered on the app. Went to pick up my food. Ask for peppers and napkins like I always do. Then found out that peppers aren’t free little packets anymore. You have to buy a container. Would you think the container is like $1. Of course not. If you’re thinking about half the price of a pizza. You would be correct. I’m done with this place. You literally can go to any other little Caesars and not have to pay for them. In fact there’s other places around. Domino’s is cheaper than a little Caesars now. Pretty sad. Yeah most likely won’t be back.

I order today and 2as very disappointed the pizza dough wasn't even y cooked soggy pizza then I ordered the brownie amd that wasn't baked all the way smh
Unfortunately i had to remind the staff to wear gloves when prepping food. I witnessed employees take orders, handle cash, and touch numerous surfaces and objects and continue making pizza with their bare hands. No hand washing took place.

I ordered from the app, that they are supposed to update the App as your order progresses. I was standing inside for 16 minutes no one said anything to me other then entering CUSTOMERS. I know they are busy; but that is Not OK. Then the employee told me to ALWAYS JUST ASK. Then Why Do you EVEN have the App????? I exited their store at 8:16pm and it says now I left at 8:24 in my app; as I was leaving I waited and was at home before they updated it. This is unacceptable and I don't think they made my pizza fresh at all. My deep dish was Two Small pizzas not one long one, and I WATCHED the manager make a long deep dish. I don't get to enjoy a center slice of the rectangle pizza.

I can't understand this Little Cesar's pizza. I walk in, and staff hides in the back. It's a good thing I pre-order on my App. If not, I would have to wait a long time. Basically, there's no customer service when you walk inside. I put in my 3 digit code to get my pizza and grabbed my 2 liter diet Pepsi that I paid on the App. When I left, both girls who worked there came to the front counter. I asked if you need to check my order? They said no. Customer service definitely needs to improve. Please get better.
