They changed the curry sauce. It is aweful, lumpy, and sweet now. It was good the old way. They just raised the prices on everything yesterday. Always burning the Katsu and the pot stickers. I use to go once a week. I will not be going anymore. Bye.

Mmm Mmmm Ordered The BBQ Mixed Plate for lunch/dinner (cooked perfectly), malasadas (sooo warm & puffy) ? Pineapple Coconut Smoothie, Strawberry Guava Nectar Hawaiian Sun & Kauai Kookie Macadamia Hawaiian Shortbread to take home. Couldn't wait, so ate there & enjoyed my favorite island reggae jamz. Great food, amazing customer service, and vibes were just good in this L&L. I see all these bad reviews about bad service. I didn’t get any of that tonight! Treat your servers nice and they’ll be nice back.
Horrible service. I told the lady my order was wrong, but she couldnt fix it bc she "said it already twice" . Oh, and I asked for a water bottle, not a cup of water. Must be hard of hearing. Will be going to the Sweetwater location next time thank you!

Hands down just the worst L and L I've ever been to. Horrible customer service and the cashier was rude without consideration. I ordered the spam musubi and instead she gave me 2 spam pieces, I tried to change the order but she refused. One small order of breakfast spam and eggs for $8.00 and 2 pieces of spam with a MINIMAL amount of rice to be $19? BS. I KNOW what I ordered. I also ordered a bottle of water and she gave me a cup instead. I think this cashier was just too hard of hearing for me. Professionalism is terrible and will never come back here again.

Chicken katsu used to be so good. I don't mind the price increase but quality has gone down where there's thinner chicken fillet under the breading that makes each piece too crunchy dry with less taste of chicken. They also serve less pieces than they used to.

Amazing service! Ashley and Stephanie were so friendly ! Our food came out super fast and tastey! I got a strawberry milk tea , they were out of Boba but gave me a little discount so it made up for it! I never do reviews but they were so good and suggested I do one so here I am! Had the Bulgogi Fries and wow!!!! So delish and great balance with the sweetness of the bulgogi and spicy mayo ! One of my favorite items off the menu now! The service is always great!
