Wish I had the picture to show how generous they were with their portions & sauces but it was way too good to even think about pictures when I ate it. I’m Peruvian and ever since I moved to San Diego I’ve been on the search for a good Peruvian restaurant and I can finally say I found it. I haven’t felt comfortable showing my friends Peruvian food here in San Diego as I couldn’t find a place but this place has changed that for me. It’s a must try for sure. The pollo was absolutely delicious and their lomo was finger licking good. Excited to try their other places !

Pollo Perú was easy to get to by bus from downtown San Diego. The pollo a la brasa was good, with lots of fries and salad. I wish the app gave the option to order more "aji", which was nice.

My husband bought Pollo Peru today, and I have to say that I loved it. The chicken was juicy and tasty; the sauces were really good; and the portions of salad and potatoes were big. I think I found my new favorite place for pollo a la brasa.

Best pollo a la brasa!!! As a Peruvian this is the best I had ever since I was stationed in San Diego! I high recommend if you looking for typical Peruvian food! Now if you are look for more variety then the Liberty station Latin Chef ,their second location is the way to go for more Peruvian food! Highly recommend both!
