Honest review. This gringo her lives mexican food and my fat a$$ had 5 different tacos to explore. Plenty of sauces and decent homemade chips (wish they had a bit more salt imo).Classic taco pork Adobada and classic steak were tender and simple.Birria quesa taco I thought, was a little bland and lacked the fatty consumé flavor. Felt like the moistness was steamed. My 2 favorites were the pablano chicken taco and queso steak taco! ? I recommend those and would be having them again

Best burrito I've ever had. First time trying a California burrito (added French fries inside) and I really liked it. Ordered the Pluckin California and tried all of the salsas- my favorite was the creamy cilantro. So good!

This place fell off hard. Burritos have gotten way smaller. Ordered the classic California with steak. It was mostly cheese and french fries, hardly any meat. Not just my burrito, but the same thing happened to the friends I was with.

every time I’ve come to the lucha in north park , I’m always let down . My special that I ordered was completely cold. And every other time I’ve come in just not impressed and satisfied for the the money I spent here .The lucha on Washington street SLAPS. I go there atleast once a week- don’t have to worry about my food being cold .. they make their food with love there. birria - fire , surf and turf burrito - fire .The service here and there is good. Everyone is nice.

This one is a tough one but I think it deserves 5 stars simply because of taste and quality of tacos. Pricey and not very big, tacos start at 4.50 and can go up to $6.Got a surf and turf taco as well as an adobada taco. Some of the best adobada I’ve had - tasted delicious and cooked perfectly. Carne asada was nothing special but the shrimps took the taco to another level.Free chips and salsa with every order - chips were super fresh and salsa was very tasty!Interesting decor, not sure what it has to do with the store but the taste of the tacos make up for the gimmicky environment. Interesting juice store next door connected via a hole in the wall! Did not try it, but some of the things looked pretty tasty.Give this place a shot. A bit pricey but what isn’t these days? Delicious tacos!

Low quality ingredients combined with bad cooking. The soggiest french fries in a burrito I've ever had. I enjoyed it a while ago, but no one else I know likes lucha lubre. I understand now.

If the Bulgogi burrito is on the menu, YOU BETTER GET IT! I got it with no cheese and it was FANTASTIC. So much flavor, not spicy, it’s definitely ruined California burritos for me. All I want is this burrito! Also, staff is so kind and hospitable. Great vibe and artwork in here, too. PLEASE DONT SLEEP ON THIS PLACE!

Struggle to write this bc 8 years ago my favorite part of the trip was getting the best burrito I’ve ever had at a different lucha lebre location. Brought my family today and when we went in, no one was in there. Stood around for a couple minutes and then we left. Not sure if staff were even there.

Had a birria quesa taco and mahi taco, absolutely delicious. Salsa bar had very delicious options.. Chips were given to us immediately, but tasted rancid, frying oil might need some changing.

This is the second time I come here and I’m disappointed by their California burrito. They charge $15 for it, they add very little stake, it’s very dry as it is mostly fries in the burrito.Their salsas were also all watered down and flavor less.I used to go to the one on Washington as good was consistent but not anymore. Will not be coming back.
