Luna Grill is another company that will brag about record profits and how much money they're making but act as if paying their employees slightly more money will destroy their company. There are shift leads working for the company who are literally homeless. Do better.

This is my go-to place to bring my large Book Club.The patio saved us during the pandemic and continues to do so... it is large, covered and has heaters.The food is consistently ok/good with choices for every budget and many dietary options. Not fabulous, but for the price and convenience of counter/fast service, its a solid option. Plus, their loyalty app offers good deals. Wish they'd bring back shrimp though!I wish they had a warm beverage option... coffee, tea, etc. All the drinks are cold.The service and convenience of the best part. Ordering ahead online or in the app means almost no waiting, but even ordering at the counter is pretty swift. The staff is always helpful, friendly and goes out of their way for us. They're really nice to check on us throughout the evening, fix any (rare) issues, let us linger a while and clean up/rearrange tables etc after we leave.The location is good, the restrooms and restaurant always clean and there is always a lot of easy, free parking.Only thing is, sometimes the music is very loud and depending on the staff member they might not always turn it down for you.Big shout out to many of the staff members, namely Ytzul.Parking: Lots of free, close parking in the attached lot. It is a strip mall and you can park very close to the restaurant. Dedicated curb-side pick up spots too.

Team member May represents the real definition of Excellent customer service. I brought my kids in to dine for the very first time since I had recently tried Luna grill at work. May welcomed us with a smile, helped us choose a family meal and topped it off with giving us a complimentary Bistro Beef Kabob! We realized we had ordered something different than what I had tried at work and she was kind enough to gift us the Bistro! She checked on us twice to see if we needed anything :) May deserves more stars than this review allows. And Luna Grill gets 5 stars for such great fresh meals and vetting well when it came to having May on the register. Thank you May for making our first experience great! Kids loved it ??

This Luna gril is my favorite. The staff is so kind and always remembers my order. They always bring out the food super fast and are always checking in.
I had the apple walnut salad... it as delicious! My friend had theb chicken pita sandwich with a salad....and loved it!May was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We'll be back!
