This is a nice place, quite busy at times, but also with quick service and fresh food. The staff is attentive and corteous. Overall a great place for a quick bite or to pass some time just chilling!Parking: They have a lot of room for parking.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair access available.

It was raining and the guy took forever to take my order, he was talking to someone at the second window in their car. He served me this, in the picture. When I ordered a Spicy McChicken and a Regular McChicken.

Overpriced and getting worse a small fry is the same as a large

Literally the worst McDonald’s in clairemont/kearny Mesa area.Unfortunately for a quick dinner it is the closest to where I live. The fries are almost ALWAYS filled to half if not less. I’ve called the restaurant itself multiple times and I have never once got someone to answer my phone call. People working there are nice but their older lady managers is NOT.Sucks to spend money on food that you are going to want to enjoy and when you get home you realize your fries couldn’t even be filled properly and to top it off they tasted like they were made hours prior and were just sitting there. The worst part was that there’s weren’t any cars in the parking lot, none in the drive thru and none waiting for pick up mobile orders. I seemed to be their only customer and my food still got messed up.

The food was typical McDonald's food but the lady at the register was exceptional. I wish I remembered her name to give her a shout -out. She was super nice and patient when I was tired and obviously struggling a little to order.

I ordered 2 sausage, egg & cheese McMuffins with a hashbrown and they were hot and tasty.
I repeated my order about 4 times and they still got it wrong, just put whatever they want in the bag. Every time I come here they mess up my order. And not to mention the fact that once they say “how may I take your order” they follow by then saying “give me a minute” and have you waiting there for about 5 minutes .

The slowest most argumentative unnecessary experience trying to order food and waited for 35 min! We watched people walk out the use the stupid kiosks and no one is available to assist.

I've tried this McDonald's a couple of times to see if they would improve the customer service, communications and basically attitude. Constantly opens up late, they turn off the light to reduce traffic to the restaurant. Either change the Management or just close this location.
