Been here hundreds of times and they always manage to give away my order to someone else. What’s the point of placing a mobile order if I still need to wait 15 min for them to redo the order y placed 10 min ago? I wouldn’t mind if it was the first time but this happens every single time.

Terrible service, there is a car on my side and three on the other serve two on the other side and then the one in front of me and then three more cars arrive and they serve them, leaving me waiting and serving the others who arrived later, I had to return me because they did not attend to me, the service is terrible, do not go to this place

I picked up a mobile order at about 7:20am this morning. I went to the drive thru and said hello and smiled. The manager said nothing to me. I didn't think anything of it since she was probably pretty busy. But then I asked for syrup and she rolled her eyes and threw it in my bag that I had in my hand.I was shocked at how rude she was.

Service was awful at the drive thru waited for 10 minutes to get our food. The manager/shift leader ignored us and did not even apologize after they gave us the food. The place needs improvements for customer service and need more training especially the crews and managers/shift leaders.

I ordered a regular burger and this is what I received. No patty, how does that make it out the door? Edit: I called the store and let them know what happened and they admitted to me they knew it and one of the managers grabbed that for me with the knowledge that there was no meat in it. They said it was for a separate order and the manager said “she’ll just call”. Unbelievable

Meh. Its am average McDonald's experience. It gets more than one star because it's 24 hours, but besides that there's no redeeming quality. Something wrong most of the time that I go here with friends. I have never actually seen the inside of this McDonalds being open even during broad daylight. Yet there are always random families of people just sitting inside but all the doors are locked. Wait times are a bit much. Staff up if you're the only 24 hour McDonald's in the region
