These are some of the harder-to-find beers in my area, so it was such a treat to be able to try them all, super fresh, right there in the tap room. Everything we tasted was spectacular and not too weird. Just good, high-quality, creative-but-not-in-an-annoying-way beer.

Great location, cute little tap room with lots of craft beer, just nothing to offer those who may have a gluten allergy, which i think can be easily remedied by adding a few ciders to the menu, or a seltzer.

The guy working the bar was extremely rude. I asked him about a deal they had posted up and he treated me like I was an idiot. My wife was shocked and I couldn't enjoy my time there because of the rudeness. I'm a local and liked this place, but now I won't be back. Reading the other reviews it sounds like this is the same bad bartender that others have mentioned. What a shame to have one person ruin an establishment.

Mikkeller always has interesting beers and this place is very cool. I recommend getting a flight of whatever sounds interesting, then proceeding upon that. Prices are reasonable and, for the beer geek, you can try some unusual experiments without a whole lot of dough. Not a place for food, but definitely the best place for beer in Little Italy. I prefer over Ballast Point or Bottlecraft, tho Bottlecraft is #2. Enjoy..

Cute place. Tiny! Great beer selection... Not 90% IPA like a lot of SD breweries. They have a happy hour. No food/dinner options, but a couple snacks to buy. Dog friendly.
