I ordered a plain drip coffee at 7am and it was room temperature on the first sip. I was headed to jury duty and the courthouse coffee I got instead was better :( this is not the first time I was disappointed by the coffee here - the high prices here do not reflect the quality. But all of the baristas are very nice!

I used to like this coffee place bcuz they have vegan bakery items from split house bakery and nut milk alternatives. I frequent it often enough to have over $12 in rewards but the young lady behind the register right now (Thursday 4/28/24 @ 4:11pm) does not know how to work the point of sale system. She told me the points would bring the total down to a couple bucks but when I put my card on the reader it charged me the whole amount. I asked her if anyone else has trouble using the rewards system and she said she's not with Toast (the software/hardware program used for sales). I'm saddened by this unfavorable experience but mostly disappointed in the lack of professionalism Moe Coffee is displaying by employing untrained staff. I can't be the only person that has rewards points here. Won't be coming back for a very long time. Not bcuz they charge $1 extra for almond milk but for the defensive attitude and rude behavior shown by her (wouldn't give me her name or the manager's name). How can a manager allow an employee to undermine the manager's title when a customer requests to communicate to management. I wouldn't have made this YELP review but bcuz of how I was treated I ended up taking time to type up this post. There are many more coffee shops that make delicious plant based drinks in North Park. Time for me to spread the revenue. This neighborhood place just lost my business! I hope management trains their employees on how to use Toast so that this point of sale issue with rewards points gets resolved and no other customers feel taken advantage of the way I get did. With integrity comes communication and I hope management (manager wasn't there and lady didn't want to give me name of manager) takes accountability by replying back.

They don’t know what a misto is and their coffee isn’t hot which means it’s not fresh. Considering the price it is honestly insulting. Looks beautiful inside. I will return for the atmosphere. And I’m definitely only ordering tea or espresso…

Obviously a very cute coffee shop, biophilia on point. But been here twice and both times the service was extremely average and lack luster. Typically, I always have good interactions at coffee shops but this place literally does not make me want to go there for that reason alone. Very strange and unwelcoming vibe. It's also always very quiet because people stay in there for hours working... just weird. Doesn't promote a space for socializing or even talking while waiting for your coffee for that matter.

I found this coffee shop about 6 weeks ago. Although not perfect, I really like this place. I've only had espresso shots here. I was intrigued when I saw in-person that they had a Slayer espresso machine. I wanted to try espresso from a machine other than a La Marzocco (which I am also a fan of). The espresso shots are really good here. The food here is okay but it's a coffee shop, so I come here for the espresso. The ambiance is nice and spacious. There is plenty of seating on any given day. It can be chilly at times since they have an open space. The coffee shop itself is really nice looking and always clean. I wish that they had a better food menu and used ceramic cups for dine-in espresso orders instead of paper cups. Finding parking can take a little time.

I went in here to do some work. The ambiance is cool and has a lot of seating and lots of plugs available. I tried their turkey sausage breakfast sandwich which was very good. It was cheap and was not charged extra for avocado. Didn't have a chance to try their coffee though my friends got some and they said it was okay

This place has the best vegan breakfast Sammie's! I got the busy bee coffee and it was a little bit too much on the sweet side but packed with flavor. Plenty of seating inside and the barista was a a sweetheart. Would definitely recommend getting your morning coffee fix from here.

The coffee is great, and the space is perfect for meeting up with someone or getting some work done. The breakfast sandwich was also good.Only complaint is that the cost of modifications to drinks is a bit high.
Coffee is not the best, first time here & honestly not the best impression. The place was clean, a bit cold since it's a very open space. Seats are not comfortable. Sandwich I had was okay, prices are not bad. Staff were nice. Coffee which was the whole reason I tried this new place was not good.

VEGAN CROISSANT PASTRIES HERE! okay now that I got the most important part out of the way, I really dig this place for all the reasons above plus: * great iced matcha latte with oatmilk (I've only had a few matcha drinks so far but I really enjoyed this one!) * good place to do computer work with ample table/seating. * service is friendly and helpful! + Could use more outlets, yo girl LOVES ample outlets! + Parking may be a bit intimidating at first but don't give up!

Great open space, Indoor and outdoor seating. Great on a warm day like today. Outdoor space is nicely closed off to the street, allowing the space to feel open, but cozy. The staff was super friendly. We had a great time!
