I have been to this venue many times and always have a great experience. If your getting food to go or eating there you are in for a treat. Its worth checking this place out if are you in the area or even want great ingredients for a meal you are making at home.
The food was great, there was no linguine in 4 cheeses and Josh, the assistant, had the chef cook it for me, an extraordinary guy... the pastas come with soup or salads and bread, the beers are very cold, the desserts Delicious and super fair prices, it is my new must-see place to eat in San Diego.

Well, today, another UberEats order, and I am so impressed with the Eggplant Parm Sandwich, can actually taste the Eggplant which I love! So, with my regular Caprese Sand and a Cheese Pizza for the grands, the meal was fabulous!! We've always said that consistency is the key to success of any establishment, and Mona Lisa's on India Street has been so since we moved to San Diego 37 years ago!! THANK YOU!!

Read several reviews before choosing this restaurant. I was happy with my choice. The food was very good. My only complaint would be the fettuccine Alfredo was a little dry. The Chicken Parmesan amazing! The family also enjoyed walking around the grocery store. I would have love to try a sandwich from the deli.
