Review not based on food. We arrive at this place at 635 and they are already closing up. Although the website says they are open until 8, they informed us that they really close at 7 and at 635 the kitchen and bar are already close and not taking anymore customers. So if you work a 9-5 job don't bother coming because it'll be closed before you get here. Please update your website.

Very basic, tied the hot chick sandwich. It is not spicy and the chicken is dusted with hot rub after frying. The chicken itself lacks flavor and fried batter comes off...

It was okay. My sandwich was very oily, the flavor was good, but super oily. I hate to say it, but I prefer Popeye's or Raising Kane's.

Terrible service. You should not have to wait for over 30 minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches. We saw people order after us, get their order, eat, and leave all while waiting on our order.Not sure what the chef was doing in the kitchen but it wasn't cooking. We will not be returning and suggest you save yourself a trip.

I've had My Chick a few times and the chicken sandwiches are pretty good and pretty large for the price you pay. But I wanted to leave a review to express the bad experiences I've had here lately with the waitstaff. Normally I'm pretty forgiving about people who are in the service industry, I know how much the job can suck and how customers can be the worst, but I feel like that doesn't excuse how the staff conduct themselves here. It seems like it's an annoyance for them to help me place an order or they will be talking with some friends at the bar and I'm standing around waiting for someone to take my order. The most recent encounter was when I had placed an order through Yelp. I checked my phone and email and there was no issue with my card going through and I arrived in time to pick it up. My partner went in frist and noticed that the lady who was supposed to be greeting customers was on her phone and not paying any attention to people coming in. When she finally noticed him she told him that the order was never received. I was confused and checked my phone and saw that the order had been placed. I walked in as she was putting her phone back down again from texting and politely showed her the order was placed. During this whole thing I never raised my voice or got angry, I was simply confused. She then started talking down to me as if I had never understood how an order is taken all the while I see the flashing notice of the take-out screen going off. Never once had it been looked at since I placed the order. Luckily the cook was very fast in getting our order complete and we got our food in time, not of course before I got another talking down to by the lady saying that I had asked for plates on the order and they don't do that, which I never did ask for plates or utensils. I noticed that the order had been canceled through Yelp and I was going to get refunded which I was happy about, but then I realized that I wasn't actually paying for the meal, which in hindsight I could have just totally walked off with the food. But I went back inside, paid, and left. Sorry for the long review, but the service issue here is really bringing this place down for me and I want new and good businesses to succeed, but I also want to spend my tips on waitstaff who deserve it a little more.

I really liked the sandwhich, chicken lollipops and the service. The only thing I was disappointed in was the limited menu. Hopefully as things open up it expands. Would love to see wings on the menu.

Awesome food! Went there the other night with my husband and overall 10/10. Staff there, Lauren, was amazing and great talking too. Food there was delicious! Great beer options as well. Will be returning soon!

The service wasn't really great. I ordered 2 specials and they were the hush puppies and the flat bread. The lady at the front didn't seem to pay attention to the guests that were around, Meanwhile she didn't really know the food either. The flat bread was doughy and the hush puppies were burnt. It seemed like the cook used old oil that burnt the whole entire hush puppy Order. I wouldn't recommend this place for food there are plenty of better spots around the area. I am only giving an extra star for their beer choices.

Had great visits in the past, but we came in today to find a completely different menu! No more awesome barbecue sauce or teriyaki, no more macaroni and cheese that my bf loved. Not sure if we will return. At least they still have the chicken tenders.
