My friend and I had a memorable visit to Nekter! I ordered the Pink Flamingo smoothie, and it was my friend's first Nekter experience, visiting from Germany. Unfortunately, my phone lacked Apple Pay, and during the payment process, the girl at the register was incredibly patient. Grateful it was a slow day! Panicking, I realized I left my card holder in my car parked downtown overnight. After retrieving it, I drove back to Nekter. To my delight, despite my card mishap, they had already started preparing the drinks, showing trust in my return. I truly appreciate their patience and understanding.

Bad service! Tried to enter at 6:50 pm and the doors are locked! Then a girl working inside saw me looking at the door and the time and she ran behind the counter to hide. Wtf?!?

I had a limited amount of time between shifts downtown and saw this place was open until 7 so I ran over there at 6:38 and they had already locked the doors for closing?! 20 minutes before posted close time!!! If you aren't going to stay open all the way until 7, don't post that you are OPEN until 7 I can understand 5 minutes before close but 22 minutes?? I wasted my limited amount of time and wasn't able to get food.

Tried walking in 8 minutes before 7PM today and they already had their doors locked. Knocked on the door and right when they saw me they purposely turned off their lights. Pretty rude seeing as it was not closing time yet... Also tried calling them 15 mins on my walk over and no one picked up the line..

Delicious options for vegans and vegetarians and other health conscious people. Loved the very berry oatmeal and added some peanut butter. Absolutely delicious didn't try the smoothies yet but I definitely want to. If you're looking for a spot for a quick bite or acai bowl craving this is where you want to go.

Walked over at noon, no line at lunch hour. Got in and out very quickly. Had never been to Nekter before but I've lived around the corner for a bit and was craving a green juice post- July 4th barbecue.Got the green apple detox, regular no ice. For $10 it's a good deal! Tasted very fresh and a little spicy with the ginger. Service was fast, not overly warm and friendly but I don't mind that for what this is. Inside there was plenty of seating if you wanted to sit and work for a bit it would be a great space to do that.
Delicious fruit products.However, the facility was A/C-ed to so cold temperatures that we were getting cold inside. Additionally, restrooms were closed.

This is my second time at this location and I first tried Nekter here in San Diego. The menu is simple and straightforward with smoothies, açaí bowls, protein shakes & wellness shots. There's plenty of combinations and they are substitution friendly..Both times I've been here I got one of their açaí bowls and I really like how refreshing and filling they are. It's the perfect balance between sweet & cool and the hemp seed granola or coconut flake toppings add great texture so it's not all blended fruit..The venue is damn near spotless and mostly empty. I've only encountered maybe one other person whenever I've been here and it's big too and had a patio..Definitely a cute spot to keep you fruitfully hydrated on these warmer late spring days. Check them out!
