We love the product, generally everyone there is friendly but not helpful. We order ahead of time, so we are not late for work, but they never seem to have my order ready. When I walk in the employees are usually standing there and it takes them awhile to help me. They look lost and confused. I always order earlier in the morning and the store is empty. This last time I ordered they only my first 2 items ready and didn't realize had two other juices because they didn't realize they were out of receipt paper. I love the Juices, but the customer Service really needs to improve.

we ordered via the app and when my husband went to pick it up he had to wait 5 minutes because all of the employees were screwing around in the back and no one was out front to greet him and get him our order. our bowls were HALF full. a total waste of money. incredibly disappointed

Went here for 2 chocolate peanut butter smoothies.. which by the way are $10 each!! Been here multiple times before and never had an issue. This time, the manager made the smoothies. Whatever she did, she absolutely botched them. and claimed after that she definitely followed the recipe. Tasted like dirt. Cant even really describe the flavor. Pretty bad when the manager of the store doesn't even know how to make the smoothies on their menu.

This Nekter location has been hit or miss for me taste-wise over the years. Some smoothies are great, but others bland. I recently had an acai banana berry bowl, though, and that was delicious. Compared to an acai bowl I had days before at Robek's in Rancho Bernardo, the Nekter one had more whole fruit, which tasted better, more granola and acai base, and was $1.50 cheaper.The elephant in the room for me, though, is Nekter's awful hours of operation. Closing at 5 pm Mon-Sun? This a bit absurd. It's customary for people in this neck of the woods not even to start dinner at their closing time.There's a pizza joint and an Indian restaurant doors away, and I'm sure some of those people are looking to complement their meal with servings of fruit, but lack the most convenient option when Nekter is closed. Nekter closing at 7:30 pm or later sounds more reasonable to me. For comparison, the Jamba Juice in the same Carmel Mountain shopping complex closes at 9 pm.

I really tried to get into their bowls and even started to get them on a daily basis, for about a week or two. But their prices are outrageously high for such a small amount of food. The staff would only fill my bowl up part of the way, a little over half full and sometimes just slightly over that. I did get the oats on the side but that was in a micro tiny plastic cup, so it wouldn't have added much to the height of the bowl, leaving a big gap of missing food. I paid anywhere between $15 to $17 (with a tip) for a bowl that they would skimp on by not even filling it up.They would forget my toppings that I actually paid extra for and their bowls have no flavor or sweetness. I had to start getting the agave but they either forgot that too or put such a micro tiny amount inside that I couldn't even taste it.I tried different combinations in hopes of finding something with flavor and something that I liked. But to no avail. Their base is way too runny as well. I'm shocked at how much they are charging for this. This bowl that I was getting is worth about $7 for the amount they were willing to give, which like I said, was a little more than half way full. I can get a huge meal for this price.The best bowl i could find here was the chocolate bowl, but even this was lacking flavor, even with the agave. I'd have to get extra extra just to get some good flavor. I wanted to get the banana that they put on top added to the inside for them to blend it, but the app wouldn't give me the option to do this. Some of them already had the banana mixed into it, blended, but I couldn't taste is. So, I wanted extra banana blended into it, instead of on the top. But their app does not have this option.There is another place I'm now going to check out, similar to this place, that has a much better app with a lot more options. They are closer to me as well and have excellent reviews. But I wanted to try this place first and give them a chance with an open mind. I was excited to try them out and was willing to give them my business on a daily basis. But it's just way too expensive, the staff forgetting stuff and not giving me my money's worth, it's just not an enjoyable experience because of this. So it's time to move on. I can't speak for their smoothies, maybe those are more tasty and maybe, just maybe, they actually fill it to the top of the cup, but I don't know.I'm guessing their shots are probably good. They also sell some other stuff too. Maybe you can find something you like here. It's a clean store and the employees are okay. It's worth a two or three star rating in my opinion.
