We ordered 3 bundtinis package and a 10 inch cake for my engagement party. We came in expecting to have our order ready, even called them the day before our party to confirm that everything on our order has been received and will be ready on time. They confirmed it on the phone themselves so when we went in, we got everything but our 10 inch cake! Called this stores number 2 times and each time we explained our situation they would either put us on a long hold or hang up on us. We had to drive back and talk to the associates in person and there was no reassurance from them at all. I even had to pull up my order confirmation which they should have and let them see with their own eyes that my order did list the 10 inch cake. All the while, they should have this information in their system especially since this was a big $$ order. Our interaction with the associates was brief and met with no apologies. Although the customer service was a let down, our guest had enjoyed the cupcakes which is the reason for the 2 stars. I especially enjoy nothing bundt cakes which is why I chose to order from this place for my party, but I was extremely disappointed in their customer service!

I’ve been coming to this location for the last several years with no complaints. However, the last several times that I’ve been at this location, service has been lousy. The staff is neither courteous nor customer service oriented. When you’re at this location you feel like any questions that you ask about the cakes is a nuisance request?! in the general, you get the feeling that the staff is doing you a favor by taking your money. save your money and dignity! There are many other options in the area for good cake and great service.

Really disappointed that I wasted 30 minutes waiting for them to decorate a cake, asked multiple times this is the big one, I want to buy the big cake. Ended up with a small cake after 30 minutes of waiting dealt with the manager during the transaction who was not that pleasant to work with Prior to even messing up the order.

I live in the area and usually for special family occasions come to this location to buy a cake. Unfortunately, the last several times that I visited the store, the staff has been unfriendly and rude. Everything is hurried, with a lack of attention to basic requests and general information. The staff lacks general courtesy. I thought I'd give this place one more chance and returned this week with my 82 year-old grandmother that is visiting from out of town. my grandmother inquired as to the different sizes and varieties of cakes that were displayed behind the counter, and the young lady that was helping us, so put off by our questions (she just kept rolling, her eyes and tapping on the counter). We left in frustration vowing to never return. Unfortunate. I will not be returning to this location ever. A piece of advice - please hire staff members that actually want to interact with the general public!! It's retail after all.

My family loves the red velvetWe got a large one, I guess it was 10 inch one.It was a Bday celebration. Hardly any left( I hide some for breakfast the next day).The service was fast and they werePleasant and friendly.The place looked clean and well organized. the ambiance was friendly!

I love this place! I found out about this since I've been spending lots of time around here, they have great little cakes for a post workout revival after crunch fitness. Honestly great flavors I just wish you had some more Filipino inspired flavors

I honestly don't know why Nothing Bundt Cakes isn't rated higher, because I love these bundt cakes! My favorites are the bundtinis, the mini cupcakes. I especially love the red velvet flavor because it's so moist and comes with chocolate chips. Nothing Bundt Cakes has great flavors and the sweetness, density, and frosting ratio are all just right!
Was running errands with my Dad and noticed this cute little establishment was next to Sprouts. After my Father picked out his grocery items I surprised him and told him to pick out a sweet treat and he chose the white chocolate raspberry bundtlet. Excellent choice! It was delicious and he was so happy!!

i've been buying from this location for a few years now and i have 0 complaints, just praises. I usually order on line a few days in advance and my order is ready when i get to the store. If you are on their mailing list, you will get special offers like buy one get for free and others. Strawberry and while chocolate raspberry are still my two favorite cake flavors. They do have some seasonal flavors as well. If you are ordering for a birthday party, kids love their little mini versions called Bundtinis.

They don't provide customers with forks to eat your baked goods with, which I did not like. The cupcake was still pretty good though.

I wanted to give a big thank you to Phoebe! She was excellent from beginning to end of my visit. She was able to provide over the top customer experience, providing very friendly suggestions and being patient with all my questions. Phoebe was able to handle my large order within a small amount of time and I am forever grateful for my experience with her. The food/pastry she provided was amazing!
