Bread is usually super fresh, but on Good Friday it was less than fresh and not very tasty.

I grew up coming to this bakery & I use to love coming here. Unfortunately the last few times I've gone there, the conchas are hard. You can tell they are not freshly made anymore. The service is a hit or miss, there's this middle age woman who always seems to be in a bad mood. The last time I gave them a chance, almost all the bread was squashed and messy /:

Cashier today was very rude, always grab my bread with her hands after handling money. Overall just rude.

We went to the Golden Hills Cafe for lunch and then walked over to this wonderful bakery; our first time at both places. It's always exciting to try something new and this place didn't disappoint. You grab a large, round metal try and a pair of tongs and help yourself to what you want. Most items are labeled so you know what they are although with some, we had to guess. Prices aren't labeled but everything was affordable. I grabbed what looked like a slice of pizza; it was a delicious cheese blintz. You can also watch the bakers cooking in the back which was cool as was the huge Virgin of Guadalupe above our heads. They take debit cards and staff were nice. Go give it a try!

About half an hour ago I went shopping and the girl who is serving is very rude, you say good morning and she just stares at you and I told her thank you and she turned the other way talking to another colleague, they should be kinder, it's their job and If you don't like it, look for another one!

Great bakery for bread and sweets! There are no frills so the prices can stay very low. I wish we had these types of bakeries in more places around the country.

I love the pastries here however, It isnt the most sanitary place. Its self serve with people sharing the serving tongs and platters. The clerks wipe them down with the same dirty rag after every use. I see little kids sticking hands into the displays touching products. The same mud covered homeless man makes himself at home in and out using the coffee machine. Parking is a little tight but usually manageable. For the best selection, I've found between 7-9am to be the best for me. The selection does vary day by day and some items are only baked once a day. Pricing tends to vary depending on who is working. Packing is in paper bags and is usually pretty sloppy. Some of the clerks wrap the chocolates and other coated items in wax while others smash them all in. I've had a few bags of stuff ruined by the time I got home. Asking to have them wrapped can get you some attitude depending on the clerk. Despite all of the above, I'm eating a sugar doughnut(carefully lol) as I type this.Wheelchair accessibility: Not really. It super tight inside. best bet is to have some help or ask for assistance. Hope you speak spanish.

My favorite Mexican bakeryFor 40 years, I have gone to this wonderful e full bakery. And their bakers working are visibly working hard and quickly. The smell will make you return. My favorite bread item is the pan con queso with jalapeños.

This bakery has extremely affordable n delicious bakery items. I liked the coffee too. The cream filled donut and the cheese (oaxaca) filled bread were my favorites.

Excellent Roscón De Reyes. Easy to book one and very reasonable price. That is the only item I have purchased from them.

Terrific Mexican bakery (pan dulce). I've gone here for over 25 plus years. Always fresh baked desserts and bread, and the staff are always very nice and friendly. It's hard to only buy a few pieces of pan dulce as they are all delicious. Totally recommend.
