They really packed my plate, and the food was super hot. The best combo one could have honestly!Parking: The parking would be the UTC mall parking lots and structures. Usually there’s plenty of space.
The old Mexican today at 8:30 am was at the Panda Express. I ask only where is the restroom and he never told me. He just say “I don’t know Jose”. Very bad on not respecting customers, he should not be working there. I am also a disabled Veteran.

The service was fine. But the food... Honestly if this was my first time eating panada express I would have never ate it again. Everything was under cooked, the shrimp wasn't even crispy and they gave my two very tiny shrimps with little to no breading out of the 7. So really no I got 5 shrimp, the orange chicken was also undercooked and the spicyest I have ever ate before, cold chow main with extra extra cabbage, and the Rangoons were the most undercooked of all! They were cold and the crispy wonton was not crispy and more stale textured. I could even eat it all because it tastes so bad. I normally don't l wve reviews but I feel as if I need to warn people of the disappointment that lies ahead. Drive another 3 miles with you really need you panada.

usually i don’t complain about fast food places, but if your fried rice doesn’t have everything in it then you shouldn’t be offering it. like WHERE ARE THE VEGGIES?! i’m literally only eating fried rice and egg… however, i am impressed that the delivery came as quick as it did. props on that

The person at the cash register didn't seem interested in talking to customers. It was hard to order food, especially when I mentioned, "This is my first time, could you help me?" I noticed the employees weren't patient or kind. The person packing my food became very rude and showed his an angry face. When I received my order and tried to express my thanks and move on, they quickly gave me a bag without any response at all. I felt like I needed to deal with this another day.So, the service was really bad. I was hungry, but I didn't enjoy the food, and I really didn't like the service.I think all the employees need training again so they can do their job the right way, customers can enjoy stopping by to eat anytime, and later, they can leave a good tip for great food and service.I'm not sure if I want to go back or leave tips for such bad service. Do they know how important good customer service is?

I would not recommend this location at all! The food is ok, not much different from any other Panda Express. The service however is horrible. The last couple times we have been there the staff is very rude and ruins it all for this place. Never go here!

We bought food here last Sunday, 10/22/2023. We were already in queue when one of the crew, VALERIA, looked like she was in a bad mood shouted sarcastically: "If you are going to order, can I get a line please at the people who were looking at the food choices. When we got to the counter, my son asked her what one of the food items was and she looked sore as she told him what it was. She made us feel that she did not want to be serving us and that she would rather be doing something else, or we were holding her up. We ordered 4 Bigger Plates as there were four of us. She then said something that my son did not hear clearly and asked her to repeat herself. She rolled her eyes at him before she answered. My son also ordered chicken teriyaki. Valeria dropped one of the pieces onto the countertop. She picked up the piece of chicken that fell. Instead of tossing it, she put the fallen piece of chicken in my son's food container! She was so impatient and terse as she was asking us for our orders. I ordered some chow mien. Valeria added the chow mien to my order. However, there were some noodles that were spilled over the side of the container. Her hands touched my food with her bare hands and so did the cashier. They were not wearing gloves either. I will not buy food here ever again. Service is just appalling. Sanitation and food safety is non-existent. It's disgusting!Also beware of the cushioned seats as there are a lot of cockroaches.

All the food was very delicious but those who served us were very rude with their actions and facial expressions.
Customer service is something that most of the non-exclusive outlets forget to focus on, a bad attitude towards customers; the receptionist was distracted the whole time, prepared a wrong order and then had an issue when asked asked to correct it. This makes the experience quite worse even if the food is good, hope they improve it.

This place has great, expedient, friendly service. There was a woman there named Adriana that helped us. While I was there ordering for my large family, she handled everything so well. If she's not already the boss, she should be. I just wanted to come on here, and give her a shout out, because she deserves recognition for her hard work. The next time I'm at the UTC mall, I'll definitely go back to this restaurant.
