So we came to our favorite Chinese place in Claremont and we all ordered teriyaki chicken after we paid they told us they don't have any teriyaki sauce! You would think that would be an important piece of information to find out before we ordered the teriyaki chicken not sure what to say here, but they got two stars from me today.

We ordered 2 family meals online and 20 min later get a text for pickup. When I arrived, the young lady greeted me right away and was so nice and friendly. Quickly confirmed my order and handed me everything as it was already ready. When we brought it back to the office, everything was hot and fresh. Highly recommend and good price. Thanks

This is such a great fast and easy place to eat for the whole family. The food is always ready to go and is delicious. No matter where I go for the food the service is good. What I will say is that I can enjoy the comfort of something familiar no matter where I go but cash registers were slow causing stress for customers and employees. I hope that this gets updated soon.

My son asked to never come back here. In line when it's pretty empty I gave my order three times for the veggie spring rolls to 3 different ladies, got home and no spring rolls. They were so distracted with the Uber eats orders they can't give attention to customers in front of them. It shows.

This is the worst Panda Express I’ve ever been too. Small portions that are heavy on the filler items, bad customer service, even the atmosphere feels kind of sad and dumpy. I even tried the spot more than once to make sure it wasn’t a fluke. I suspect it’s a top down problem - management or the franchise owner cutting corners and breaking the employees’ spirits. Regardless, I recommend looking elsewhere for your Chinese food. Even if you’re set on Panda, I strongly suggest making the drive to a better location.

Stopped here for a quick dinner on a Saturday night around 20:45. It was not busy at all, and got my order started right away. I did have to wait a few minutes for their Honey Walnut Shrimp, but they brought my order out once it was ready. The food is as expected with the chain. The place seemed clean. The staff did nothing special or show extra energy. This place will still be an option for me if I was in the immediate area and wanted fast Chinese food.

1. Panda Express is my go-to spot for delicious and satisfying Chinese fast food. The moment you step inside, you're greeted with the mouthwatering aroma of their signature dishes. The orange chicken is a must-try! The crispy yet tender chicken, coated in a tangy and sweet sauce, is absolutely addictive. Pair it with their savory fried rice or chow mein, and you've got yourself a flavorful meal that hits the spot every time. The portions are generous, ensuring you leave with a happy and full belly. 2. One of the things I appreciate about Panda Express is their commitment to quality ingredients. They use fresh vegetables and premium cuts of meat, resulting in dishes that are not only tasty but also satisfyingly wholesome. The staff is always friendly and efficient, making the ordering process a breeze. Whether you're dining in or taking your food to go, you can expect speedy service without sacrificing the quality of your meal. 3. Another great aspect of Panda Express is their convenient locations. Whether you're craving some tasty orange chicken after a shopping spree or need a quick lunch break during a busy workday, you can usually find a Panda Express nearby. The prices are reasonable, making it an affordable option for a satisfying meal. So if you're in the mood for some flavorful Chinese-American cuisine, Panda Express is definitely worth a visit

The cashier dangled my food when handing it to me that was so disheartening after buying it and like if it wasn't for my order taker taking the time to ask the chef to cook me some veggies that weren't on display at 9pm I wouldn't have come back here bc like it straight up made the juices out the box come out when that happened so it leaked into the bag before I could even eat it ?

The Chinese food is good here. It reminds me of all of the other pandas I have been to.

Way too many vegetables or filler in the food. I'm a former chef and a lot of vegetables are added to the entrees, more than meat. Broccoli and Beef should not consist of 80% broccoli. Mongolian should not be 80 vegetables. Vegetables are to compliment the entree, not completely replace the meat. Towards the closing time almost everything is out. I think proportioning the cooking so you have food until you close is more appropriate. The serving staff are nice.

Oh where to start. The ice machine doesn't work. Long enough that they put up a sign.No consistency in scoops. Lady in front of me couldn't even close her plate. My plate was all super greens and honey shrimp and orange chicken. With such small scoops they didn't even peek over the edge of the plate lip. I buy the same thing every time. This was probably 1/2 a normal order. 4 pieces of whole shrimp 2 broken pieces. And 5 pieces of medium to small orange chicken pieces. I asked them if i could get a full serving and the lady looked At me like i was stupid. Will not go here again. Still hungry which I have never been after getting the same meal all these years. and had to go to chick filet.

Mediocre Asian food remains consistent with what you'd expect for a simi-fast food place. Server always seems distracted. Add-on's like egg-rolls, dumplings are overpriced. Seating is bright and tight.
