Don’t try picking up from this Panera bread. Hard to find as it’s imbedded in a busy part of the mall where there’s no parking. There’s no rapid pickup window so you have to walk all the way to the back of the store. Staff wasn’t very friendly. Seemed annoyed when I asked about my order. Ugh. All for $50. What a deal!

New location so girls behind front counter are somewhatconfused...but they are new @ Sports Arena address. Food at all 3 visits was terrific, daughter & I happily shared a huge bagette sandwich..plenty of food!Vegetarian options: We had the toasted baguette veggie & it was great.Parking: We always park in back where there's a few spaces along w/disabled space.
The steak and chedder sandwhich was kindof awful. The onion was so strong that it burned my nostrils and it was generally unpleasant to eat. Also, its just a few flimsey pieces of meat, cheese, and way too much onion. For what i paid, i think some sort of green on the sandwhich or dressing or more meat would've been a better value? Because i paid nearly 20$ for a bad sandwhich and mac and cheese, no drink. Not a good value, I'm not returning to any panera locations to eat. 2 stars bc the restaurant was clean and looked nice

How are you still using paper straws? I love when I'm halfway finished with my drink and I start drinking the paper particles. Yum.
I come here to study on the weekends; it’s so nice and sunny! The furniture and decor is so new and refreshing compared to other Paneras I’ve been to. It’s pretty quiet in the mornings, but beware of loud families and people catching up and carrying loud conversations come the afternoon.I indulge in the sip club. I guess it’s worth it if you’re there often enough! The location is in a weird spot because the parking is tight after 10 or so with all the shoppers

I go to one downtown wifi works , I go the one on mission Valley seems to me my wifi is being cut off purposely. My wifi works perfectly good everywhere else. The food is good. But cutting somebody from there wifi is not good. That is suspect. If my wifi works downtown why is not being cut off in mission valley.

i usually really like panera, but this location was pathetic. i wouldn't typically leave a review for a specific location of a chain restaurant, but i was truly appalled. the portion sizes were genuinely laughable. i got the squash soup in a bread bowl, and it was about 1/4 of the way full. like literally 2 spoonfuls of soup. i was still hungry, so i got a bowl of chicken noodle soup. it was like $10, and the bowl was less than halfway full.somebody call corporate

The location is amazing! The staff are always so nice and it's always so clean! The seating is always open as well with little no waits! I l9ve coming here with my Panera Unlimited Sips and getting drinks while walking around the mall! Highly recommend this place!! Thank you, Panera bread, for being so awesome!Parking: Parking lot gets crammed sometimes
Terrible, terrible, terrible….We had hotel nearby and eating healthy in Panera was one of the options, so I went the first day and the forgot to put me crotons for my creamy tomato soup and any utensils, I came back to hotel hungry and didn’t find any spoon in the bag, so I had to go all the way down to the reception in my hotel to get a spoon. The second day I came o told them about crotons and they put me three, but this time when I came back to hotel I found out that they put me the wrong soup, instead of the wild rice soup I received a chicken soup…I don’t know how they do their work there but it’s apparently they are lacking on proper management and organization…
