Instead of acknowledging my request and seeking to accommodate it, the manager defended their employee's decision to offer extra dressing for an additional charge.The manager's reaction was not only dismissive but also demonstrated a lack of empathy and understanding towards my situation as a customer. Rather than prioritizing customer satisfaction and striving to resolve the issue amicably, they chose to uphold a policy that prioritized profit over customer experience.As a patron who had already spent a considerable amount on my order, I found the manager's refusal to provide a simple accommodation both disheartening and unacceptable. Their unwillingness to rectify the situation and their insistence on charging extra for a basic request left a sour taste in my mouth and overshadowed an otherwise enjoyable dining experience.In addition to the disappointing response from the manager, I must also express my disappointment with the lack of flexibility and understanding displayed by the restaurant's staff. In a competitive industry where customer loyalty is paramount, such inflexibility and reluctance to accommodate reasonable requests are detrimental to the restaurant's reputation and long-term success.Overall, my experience was marred by the poor customer service provided by the manager. I was there on February 26th and I waited for my order to pick up and the lady in front of me which she’s clearly the manager of whatever cuz she the only one wearing all black and she doesn’t even ask me once if I’m been helped or something and I’m just staring at her and she ignored me like do I even freaken exist, and she be keep fixing her hair that’s covering half of her forehead like that’s just messed up and I’m here again today and she’s still ignoring people and doesn’t help no one like what are you there for girllllll? Food was good. They seem to need more staff. Had to waive down our waitress multiple times because she never bother to ask if everything was ok. We asked for pita bread but ended up canceling it as we where done with our food. Doesn't seem like the kitchen got the order. Staff only cares to get the order in and move to the next table.

Excellent food and service. Huge serving sizes. Loved the hummus and falafel. Great chicken kabob plate!
Very solid place with lots of choices for different palates. We were a party of six on a Sunday late afternoon and we're seated right away. Servers were friendly and efficient. The appetizer combo was delicious- we did half cucumber, half pita. We also ordered a variety of pastas, salads, paninis, and kabob plates, and everything was delicious. For dessert we had ice cream and tiramisus and they were also great. We will definitely be back!!

For my first time at this Mediterranean restaurant, I had a lovely heathly dinner. I was at the library for a cultural event and decided to have dinner in the area. I noticed this restaurant when I visited the Cinepolis a couple of times in the past. I wanted to finally give PKG a try.Lilian, my server, was stellar! She was very knowledgeable about the menu and a huge help to me deciding what to eat. As you all can see from the picture below, my dinner was delicious and for a reasonable cost. You can't beat that!! :-)

My family was so looking forward to having Panini kabob grill for our Friday night dinner, whole family was waiting for me to bring food home. Chicken was so dry and chewy but worst part was the basmati rice. Instead of fluffy rice, it was so undercooked and hard to chew. In a meal like this, rice is so important but it made whole dinner very very disappointed and a huge let down. Order of pita bread seems to have been microwaved and very hard to chew and eat as well. I had take out before but the quality of the food seems to go down. What happened? What's going on. Very disappointed.
