Pizza tasted..fine..but was ordered for children. If you aren’t going to square cut when chosen, stop offering it. It’s easier to order from a nicer place that will do it.Also, one of the sauces was open. That’s grossKid-friendliness: Wanted square cut slices since they are small kids. They were excited to grab slices which meant there wasn’t enough for everyone. Had to take the slices and re-cut so they all got some. They were disappointed (even though they can’t eat a whole slice) and it just was an issue that would have been avoided if the cook looked at the ticket

First time I ate papa johns pizza in about a year and all I gotta say it was straight up terrible! Tomato sauce on pizza was lousy ! Just didn't taste good. I'd rather eat a 5 $ pizza from Little Caesars than this place. I will never order from here again. ?

this place does not listen to their instructions on the DoorDash app. I asked for my pizza cooked well done it came raw then I asked for my wings well done those came raw as well! These instructions are on their app to mark how you want it cooked, plus there was her in my food.

had me waiting for my order of wings and pizza since 4pm it's now 5:36 they didn't even put in my order from the start ordered wine took 30 mins to get that mind you i have children waiting to eat dining in customer service is horrible i'll never come to this place again had the nerve to tell me don't lean on the counter but not focused on putting in my order waited two whole hours

One of the young men preparing pizza had his long flowing hair down around his face as he worked. I was tempted to say something but didn't. I ordered a thin pizza with mushrooms, but I could count the mushrooms on one hand. The crust was thin alright more like the consistency of a cracker. My first time at Papa Johns and It will be my last.

Pizza was alright but they forgot my soda after saying they would go back and get it. I called to check if they were going to and they said no and that I was just going to be refunded… but I was still charged full price .
