Ordered delivery and had the instructions to leave at door do NOT knock or ring please. Delivery driver was knocking and ringing for 10min. Like common bro take a hint i dont want to talk to you, the foods already paid for. Just leave it at door noone is gonna steal it in this neighborhood. Very simple instructions not followed

Been coming to this location for many many years, the last time we ordered got part of the order wrong called and the manager on shift said they would make an adjustment on our account for next time...when we went in the Last time and tried to use the supposed offer they put in the account, only to find out it was never actually credited. When we brought this to there attention the said they didn't believe us and wouldn't do anything about there error...if you have to order from this location you need to check your order very carefully before you leave because they make lots of mistakes and won't correct them...order from a different location or another chain that values there customers as this one does not...Papa johns lost a customer of over 25 years today...

Rude people they messed up my order and when I called to complain they said it happens instead of saying sorry they were rude on the phone the delivery driver was extremely rude he rolled his eyes when I gave him a 15 dollar tip I don't live far from this location they offered a refund but I never received it I honestly will never return here again pizzeria Luigis is way better and they are polite and kid and pet friendly

The only thing this Papa John's does consistent is delivering room temperature pizza that has to be reheated. Not worth the $5.99 delivery and not worth the 28% tip (was done at order). Recommend trying a different location

Every time I order from 4089 Genesee Avenue the Pizza is cold. Its not that far from my apartment so I don't get why. This location used to make really good pizza's now they really suck. There's very little sauce on it, the toppings are sparse, the dough is paper thin. For a $35 dollar pizza and a $6.00 delivery fee this location is so not worth it.

Besides Pizza Hut, Dominos, Little Caesar, and Pizza King, I think the only one I haven't tried was Papa Johns, so I called them for delivery at the park where I was hanging out with a group of friends. The deliver came fast but for some reasons the pizza was not hot, for both pepperoni and veggies toppings, it wasn't cold either, still edible, but I did see the low review scores the place had, since my friends live around this area, they suggested me to order from this location, anyway I might have to try another place from Papa Johns to decide if they were good or not.

Placed an order at 10:22pm. Store closes at 11. I live less than 5 mins away. Tracker stated order will be delivered between 10:56 - 11:06pm. It's now 11:53pm. No food, no call, no nothing. The tracker is now showing my order was delivered. I could see if I placed the order closer to closing time.. but this is unreal.

Was walking by here and just witnessed the delivery driver pulling in to the parking lot start honking at a family trying to help their child cross the entrance because he was in a hurry. Like the 3 extra seconds you gain from honking at them is worth it? Trash. I live right down the street and will never consider going here.
