They delivered my pizza to the wrong place & didn’t answer any of my calls.. are you lazy, slow or just short staffed?

Ordered on New Years Day at around 5pm. 7 pm came around and decided to call. The person that answered the call said that the driver had left ten minutes ago. An hour goes by and still no pizza. The person that answered the call and claimed to be Giovanni said that the order was cancelled as soon as it was placed because they don’t deliver in our area. John is supposedly the general manager and Robert was the driver for the evening. We have been ordering for over 15 years and had no problems. I don’t know what’s going on but am very disappointed. I will never order again from Papa John’s. We order at least twice a month for the past 15 years, orders of at least $40 and up. Their loss.

Will never order from them again. It Took over an hour and a half to get our COLD pizza and barely lukewarm wings. I called 4 times for a status on my food because the tracker wasn't working and the first 2 times there was no answer. Then I called and chose the option to "order food" and finally someone answered but they don't belong to the location and told me it was still being prepared (1 hour after ordering). I called another 30 min later and was told it was out for delivery. When we received our food it was cold.

I've been a customer of poppa John's pizza for a few years now and presently go to the location on Hollister in Chula Vista 91911, and whether they deliver it, or I stop by for the take out it's always fresh ,hot, and ready,those people at the store are always rocking and rolling with great friendly and professional helpful attitudes where their goal is customer satisfaction. It also does not hurt that they have this smoking hot babe in a beautiful white Mercedes delivering the food with such a pretty face she brightens my day everytime she shows up. And I want to specify they ha thes buffulow wings on the bone ,that if you like chicken wings? These are the bomb I only get the ones on the bone and mild, they will make your mouth water. So to all those people at the Hollister location thanks and keep up the good work. Your efforts are appreciated. Poppa John's is the bomb..your friend johnny. Mustang

I haven't ordered Papa John's in a while because it is usually a little more pricey. The kids asked for it today, so I did. I ordered 4 pizzas and all of them were dry! Not enough sauce and toppings, the middle of each pie was dry. The wings were rubbery and drowning in buffalo sauce. I can get a 5.99 pizza or one from a mom & pop joint that tastes way better. It will be another long time, if ever I order from here again.

My favorite Papa Johns! Y'all really make picture perfect pizzas. Customer Service is great and hardly a wait. Even for larger orders. Fantastic !Vegetarian options: I can seriously eat a veggie pizza or papadilla and be super satisfied :)

Excellent taste, very friendly at all times, location near the 5 south freeway, however, the parking spaces are small and you have to maneuver carefully to avoid accidents.
