This place rocks your socks off. If you are an employee in the alexandria business buildings, you get a discount. This is a really nice and relaxed eatery in the business park. It is almost offensively pink, but I dig the vibe. Everything I have tried here is phenomenal, but with the prices, it is a treat to eat here. There is a lush organic garden right outside, and if you need any tips for your own garden, the gardeners are there every afternoon. Come check this place out and enjoy some good food and good coffee!

Super cute cafe tucked in the middle of a small campus of office buildings. There is plenty of outdoor and indoor seating, and the decor is so cute! I love all the pink! I ordered the Thai bowl with tofu and a London fog. The London fog was delicious! Definitely hit the spot. It was the right temperature and not overly sweet at all. I did like the flavors of the Thai bowl but felt that it was oversaturated in sauce. If I didn't add on the tofu, I don't think that I would have liked it as much. The tofu was very tasty and had a great consistency. I did like the different textures within the bowl and it was fairly filling. For $8 add-on price, I wish there was at least 1 more piece of tofu.

A bit expensive but discounted for anyone who's working in the building. There's a garden outside full of fresh vegetables that they use in their menu. Great coffee and food. If you have a little girl who loves pink and tea parties, it's even better.

Food great but kids running it and not paying attention-waited a long time for food then went to check and staff were having conversations and asked us if we had ordered food/finally got food but toast was cold and had to ask for knife-I’m usually not picky but they need an adult in charge.

I found Nirvana! I was so happy yesterday when I found another cute Parakeep coffee shop-eatery so close to my work place! Soooo cute, comfortable to work from there and across one of those amazing corporate farms, so everything you get is farm-to-fork (well, except the coffee, I hope it comes from Colombia:). This is going to be my secret place, but I cannot keep secrets and I love to socialize. So hopefully more people who work in the companies nearby can be as fascinated as me with the parakeets in the wall papers! It is very spacious and that communal table in real wood is super. The whole atmosphere is girlie-letstakeaselfie and post on Insta vibe that I love. The music they put is also very cool and even attending work calls was not very disrupting. Can't wait to try all the various breakfast items in the next few days!

I would eat the Brazilian açaí bowl every day! So good!!! I’ve had authentic ones in Brazil and this tasted soooo good to me!!! I ate it 2x on our trip to CA! The staff is friendly and my husband enjoyed his smoothie too! Can’t go wrong here!

There are several Parakeet Cafe locations in San Diego and it's definitely for a reason. It's a high quality place to get breakfast, lunch, or a snack with plenty of outdoor seating. I had a delicious (and beautiful!) açaí bowl for breakfast, and enjoyed it so much I ended up grabbing a cherry & pistachio scone later which was great. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to grab a quick & healthy bite in La Jolla.
