Great Paris Baguette bakery inside Zion Market. Large selection of freshly made pastries and cakes. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great place to buy a birthday cake as well. Recommend!

They really should really change their hours to close at 8:30p. The last few days we go in and it's either they're not serving coffee or all the pastries are put away (love their pastries and coffee) but again we get there 8:30 and something is put away they're are still 3-4 workers in there all in the front talking so they might as well clock out at 8:30.

We have purchased many cakes and pastries from this location and all very tasty. We have purchased our birthday cakes for our son and ourselves multiple times here.So many fresh tasty treats there and beverages too! There is also a option to sit inside if you don't enjoy the main eating lobby. I hope that they finds a new home in the new Zion market as Zion is looking to move around May 2024 or so.I love the convenience of shopping at both places in one trip. We'll see I suppose. Till then...Parking: Open parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: All one level.

This is one of my favorite bakery/patisserie but this location has the best service. In-store or phone even on a crazy holiday rush.

I have only 2 highly recommendations….#1: Change the OPENING HOURS to 0800 vs 0900 so us working peeps can enjoy the freshness AND make purchases to share with our co-workers! WORD OF MOUTH GETS THE BUSINESS! :)??#2: PLEASE have an employee keep an eye on the cases that are LEFT OPEN BY SOME LAZY PATRONS. A DEAD OR BUZZING FLY IN THE CASE IS DISGUSTING. ?Otherwise Absolutely wonderful, fresh 5 Star ? bakery!

First, let me start with a happy new years! I've been to Paris Baguettes in a few other states. The Chicago location and a few in DC, and I must say they've set the standard. From customer service to food selection and orders. After I found this location, I was super excited. I called to order a cake for a birthday/new years celebration and was told it had to be done online. That's fine, wasn't a problem and went ahead to place my order. On the website; they have a small section where we can write a message to be placed ON the cake. -- fast forward to day of pick up. Waited 15mins for them to grab the items for my order, when I scheduled the pick up for 10:45. The cake wasn't ready, and they had written the message on the cardboard the cake came on. Their excuse was, "We don't want to ruin the cake if we make a mistake"... If you can't provide a service, don't offer it. Basically paid $50 for a plain cake; like it was pulled off the shelf, nothing special. There was No wow factor to it like other locations we've been to. Employees attitude would also contribute to the score I have given. If you're going to complain about customers, at least wait until you're out of sight from the main line where all other customers are waiting. After hearing a few of them complain about an elderly lady ordering a yogurt cake, I can only imagine what they might've said about me and others. I'll respectfully stick to Tous Les Jours.

cute, fast, good service and food always, not any seating or place to stay tho it's just a grab and go!

In the month or so since I have been- (I am usually a 2-3x/mo visitor) this place has sunk to awful. Apparently the new staff/management cannot figure out how to bake staples like red bean with cream bread and crab croquettes that I have been buying for over a decade. Not only that, all the nice young staff are gone and now just unfriendly, unhelpful, greasy-looking men staffing the register. I tried to scan my phone code and the man 100% refused to help! After 3 tried he said "probably it's not working cuz you have it upside down". Well, in the past the cashier 100% ALWAYS used to take a second to pick up the scanner and scan my phone app. This guy was so lazy and unwelcoming. After I made 3 more unsuccessful tries he finally picked up the scanner, waved it around and after a few seconds, got it to work. Such completely unnecessary unpleasantness. Then, I ordered a hot large caramel latte. Please look at the photos, but I knew from the second I received the cup that it was half empty. I have ordered hundreds if not thousands of lattes from here, and I know by feel how much they weigh when full. I immediately started eating the foam which should only be 1cm on top of the coffee and I couldn't find any coffee!!! So I sat down at a table and started scooping with a spoon until at a tiny bit after the halfway mark I found coffee. 5+! CENTIMETERS OF FOAM. Was I paying for air??? This has never ever happened in the almost 2 decades since I started coming here in 2006ish, when Zion moved from their old location behind the Mercedes dealer on Mercury St. The new management clearly shorted me on my coffee, and I bet that the reason they can't get their dough to cook correctly is because they are being cheap and changing the amount of original recipe ingredients. So- I complained about the coffee to the manager who claimed the 'barista' had erroneously made me a cappuccino. Then he offered to remake my drink. After it came out but I had to ask again for the caramel because he didn't realize that was what I had just ordered. Well I took a sip and -ugh! disgusting! I couldn't taste caramel. Then I started scooping foam - see the last pic- hardly any more coffee than the first order. I stirred this second cup vigorously after removing foam and it was clear all the caramel had been at the bottom and was never properly mixed. I didn't have it in me to complain a second time so I just left. I will not be coming back until they go back to the former recipes and level of quality. So disappointing!!!!

I've been coming here since they opened up and the pastries are always awesome but I came in last week to order a special birthday cake for the first time and Nigel was super helpful, even though he was busy. He took his time to answer my questions and really help me decide the best cake to get for this special event. I really appreciated his help. Great job Nigel!

Delicious self serve bakery in the market. The drinks are always great and baked goods are some of my favorite around. This is my "treat yourself" spot. I try something new every time I go.
