I have done take out at this restaurant 2 times...and both times the food was excellent. Very flavorful noodles and the bolognese sauce was yummy. Portions are large and reasonably priced. You can sit outside on a small patio or take home, either way your tummy will be happy!

Pastiamo has the best Rigatoni Bolognese that I've experienced since moving from the East Coast to San Diego. It's a close second to my grandma's. Pastiamo is an absolute must try if you appreciate Central Italian cuisine. Each style of pasta is handcrafted on the premises from scratch. The fast food Italian concept is genius, healthy & delicious. Entrées under $15.00 & $10.00 authentic pizza's in North PB / La Jolla in 2024 is a no brainer. The staff have all been friendly, warm, welcoming and attentive. Exceptionally clean inside and outside. The adjacent outside covered dining patio / lounge ( while still not fully completed as of February 20th 2024) offered a sexy, chill atmosphere in the evenings with personal wrap around sectional sofas, dim overhead lighting while still seeing all the beauty in the night sky. A great place for a date or to meet with friends and or family.I almost forgot to mention it's BYOB :-)Buon Appetito!Parking: Free parking on Turquoise and surroundingneighborhood. Parking on the premises is tight and limited.

First time here so delicious wondering why it's empty!! Definitely recommend I got the pappardelle noodles with white sauce so good and the homemade sour dough bread that comes with it is the perfect pair to this delicious pasta!
