Google said it was not very busy, well it was packed inside. Zero seating. I did not expect it to be busy at lunch time. I placed an order from the app and was not expecting to wait 20 minutes for a subpar coffee. Ended up receiving a watered down cold brew despite grabbing it the second they called my name. Very slow service here, there seemed to be no sense of priority despite there being a lot of people standing around waiting for their order. Would not recommend this location to anyone and the only reason I went here over Blue Bottle was because I had a gift card.Parking: Some 30 minute spaces and if you're lucky a normal parking space

Second time here. First time using the app. Ordered a Skinny vanilla latte and banana bread. Somewhat quick service. No greeting or “can I help you,” just three employees chit chatting and one by herself at the other counter. When my order was ready, I wasn’t asked it’d it was for me, what’s my name or thank you. The gentleman just plopped it on the mobile tray, looked at me, turned and walked away.

Cashier (short blonde with glasses) was super sweet and accommodating with my order. I always order a double shot over extra ice with some vanilla and oat (lattes are always too much milk) which is why I get extra ice. It came out to $4.20.I typically order this from Starbucks and it's cheaper. Also tastes better. Usually baristas are super accommodating when the drink doesn't look or taste how you want it. I never have this issue anywhere else. However, I just asked the baristas for a little extra oat milk and the guy (idk his name) was super nice and said sure as he poured a little more oat milk. However, the female barista (tall, long curly hair in a low pony tail) was rude and said she'd have to charge me next time I asked for a splash of oat milk because "It's just a vanilla latte"....I'm not stupid and was a barista for 3 years back in college so I know what I'm ordering and what a vanilla latte is. She was very rude and honestly should really take a second to remember she's working in customer service for a big corporate company like Peet's which isn't even that good. I won't be ordering again from this Peet's.

One of my favorite coffee shops. Love the variety of drinks and they always do an excellent job of making them beautiful. I only wish they could bring back the orange dark mocha latte!!!Parking: Lots of parking in the lot, but the spaces are very very small

Standard Pete's Coffee shop. Good coffee and service. Seating is a limited but acceptable. Convenient location with UTC mall nearby. Good resting stop.Parking: Busy on the weekends with fewer open spots.
