The girl VANESSA was extremely rude to me. Judging by the comments SHES THE ONE EVERYONE IS COMPLAINING ABOUT IN THR COMMENTS BELOW. I ordered a double espresso and she gave me an Americano. I told her this and she pretended to dump it and just gave me the same thing. I told her never mind and I'd like a refund. She said she couldn't do that. And she told me to just take what I gave her. I just ended up leaving to catch my flight and she called me a n word b word to another employee.

Don't get enticed by the long line. This is weak coffee, very poor strength. I would skip at all costs.
Coffee was good but service was horrible, rude, and unfriendly. I was called up to order by someone, who then left and then we were ignored for 10 minutes by the lady who was taking coffee orders. She kept taking other people’s orders but us and proceeded to be extremely rude and unfriendly to us. She unprofessionally asked us if we had cut the line, when we have been waiting for 20 minutes.

Inside airport heading to Terminal 2 Gate 51. Slow service even with two baristas preparing drinks. They were not wearing any preventative health apparel. Register was reasonably fast. Mocha served lukewarm and too sweet. Service counter area looked unsanitary. Buy at your own risk!
