Served lukewarm Americano because as the employee told me “it is the process that works best for the staff”. Really?

Ok, I am going to be a bit harsh here. It is a shame that this Peet’s which has good coffee should always have several dirty and unwiped tables outside that are not ever checked regularly. Also a few times when I have ordered a croissant with my coffee the pastry has been very stale. Maybe that is why they always offer to warm it up. If I am buying a croissant I expect it to be fresh and delivered that morning, not a few days ago, as the taste suggests. Overall the whole sitting in a cafe and enjoying a coffee experience leaves much to be desired at this Peet’s coffee.

The store manager closed the restroom for cleaning at 4pm and asked my friend to wait but later she came back asking her to go to Vons to use their restroom while the store is supposed to close at 5:30pm. This is unacceptable and bad service behavior to my friends.

I prefer Peet's coffee over Starbucks any day. They are both chain coffee shops but I think Peets adds a little more personal touch to their establishments. The coffee here does taste a little bit better than Starbucks. Also the service here is better. The baristas here are very friendly and attentive. They have no problem making any customization to the coffee which was very nice of them. Sometimes my coffee selection can get a little bit hectic. Sometimes I get a little hesitation when ordering the same thing at Starbucks. I also like that they are from California. I came here with a friend and we got the jelly with it matcha and the turmeric golden latte. We felt quite adventurous today so we ordered out of the ordinary. I really liked my jelly with it matcha. It had a strong matcha taste but not too overbearing. I also got to taste my friends turmeric golden latte. It wasn't to my taste but she seemed to really like it.

Peet's is really disappointing me ..It's 0538 on 6/16/23 as I walk into Camino del Sur location..There are two women working the place with scowls on their faces looking very unwelcoming..Even worse is their preparation..Hardly any sweet breads and breakfast sandwiches are on display..There's just one brewed coffee that's ready for sale..Not everybody likes dark roast, ladies!

Peet's coffee is truly underrated, and more locations are needed.Their iced caramel macchiatto (large = $6.30) is in a class by itself. Unique but balanced flavors from the espresso shots, caramel, and creamy milk foam, 10/10!Service is always efficient and attentive.

Really friendly and loyal staff. Some have been at this location for at least 7 years. They were our of the Everything Plant Sandwich, and Sara recommended the Mediterranean wrap, and it was full of flavor! (See pic) It blended well with the Las Hermana's black drip coffee.

Definitely better food options than the typical Starbucks. It's a great change in variety.

Coffee is great but I’m not accepting the cash grab that is up charging for non-dairy milk. Soy milk does not cost $1 more per serving than dairy milk. People avoiding dairy for the environment, ethics, or their health should not be exploited for extra profit

Not a fan of this location although it is easier to get to than others. Long wait times for sub-par drinks that are only a step above Starbucks at this point. Also there seems to be a more limited food menu at this location and cholula sauce is not available (they told me Peet's no longer has it but other locations do). I also ordered a little packet of mixed nuts but they were so bad, gas station quality and close to expiration date. Not at all worth $3.50. Less indoor seating than the average Starbucks, a lot of people standing around. Overall it should not take 20 minutes for a cold brew with nothing added to it

Peet's coffee is really good . When ever I'm in the area I make an effort to stop by there coffee is definitely different in a good way I do get the urge sometimes when I'm not in the area to stop by. Their coffee is pretty addicting you would need to try it to understand but definitely worth it. It's always great vibes their. Fast service and great friendly staff working their.
