Pho was below average. Not as vibrantly flavored as most other places. There was only a few jalapeños and the rice noodles stayed kinda hard and clumped together even though I heated up the broth until hot before putting ingredients in.

wow wow wow! I came here yesterday and it will now be my go-to place when I am in Mira Mesa! Talk about express, I was nervous that I wasn't going to make an appointment in the afternoon, but chose to eat lunch here anyways. I was in and out within 45 minutes. You sign in outside and wait for someone to bring you to your table. Right when you sit down, the menus are there. Within a few minutes, the waiter came asking for our orders. I urgently scrolled through ordered pho and egg rolls. A cart came with our waters and drinks. about 5 minutes after that our eggs rolls came. About 5 minutes after that, all our orders came and there was 4 of us. By the time we finished eating, we had only been there for about 30-40 minutes. We would of stayed longer but felt like we needed to leave as they wanted to clear our table for the next group. If you are short on time and want a delicious meal, come here! I have never had such fast service, the food was hot and delicious, drinks were continuously getting filled. Normally, start to finish would be about 1.5 hrs to 2hrs, we were out and full in 45 minutes. The price alone is another reason to come here, way cheaper than other places i have gone to. Ample seating and they have it down with seating arrangements. I can't wait to come back!

This was the third Pho place I visited in San Diego. You don’t need to look another option. This is the best Pho in the area. The moment I tasted the broth I knew this was the right place. It tasted exactly how I like Pho. Other places are good but this one is perfect. This has the correct taste and the food was delicious.I ordered a large rare steak Pho, and it was delicious. I might need to order other items in the future but so far, I’m happy and confident to say that this is the best Pho Place in San Diego.

I was in the neighborhood and decided to give this place a try. When I entered the restaurant, a staff directed me to go back and wait outside. He came out about a minute later to take me to my table. He sat the menu down on my table and walked away without saying anything. Awkward... My husband and I both ordered a bowl of pho. Our bowls came out fast. We also requested saté/chili oil on the side. They gave us two sauce plate with approximately 1 teaspoon of sate in each plate. That is so little compared to other places. I can use up both of these and it still wouldn't be enough. We also only got one lime for the two bowl of pho that we ordered. How bizarre.. or maybe I'm just not used to how they do things around here. The rest of the staffs were good. They checked up on us and made sure we had water. The bathroom needed attention. I think their paper towel dispenser wasn't working that day so people end up shaking excess water onto the floor. It was a mess in there. 4 stars for a good bowl of pho and fast service.

This is it. Fast, tasty and fairly priced food. What more do you want? I came here in the middle of the week for dinner and had to wait 10 minutes or so for a table of 7 (Pretty good if you ask me). I ordered a large #1 and I swear, it took longer for our server to walk back and forth from the kitchen than it did for them to make the food!! My food was delicious and my friend who ordered spring rolls felt the same way about her food. We ate, paid, and left, all in about an 45 minutes. Something about the atmosphere felt "quick" but it I didn't mind it. This place is the bomb, and is definitely going to be my new spot for pho in the future

Paid by card. Pho Cow Cali is located next to Somi Somi and offers plaza parking. I've gone here several times for dinner and the line is usually out the door, with at least a 30 min. wait. The last time I went here I ordered to-go since I didn't want to wait. Indoor seating only. The servers are not always the most polite but they try to make things go quickly. The food is good here but not the best place to go if you're hungry and want to eat quickly. I usually order the bun bo hue here. Overall would recommend trying this place if you have time to wait.

You'd be amazed at how this restaurant single-handedly ended my hangover and left me with a happy belly. I got the beef with flank and the thinly sliced beef all for $11.95.. I've never heard of a still being cheap and so good. All the sauces are on the table. All the bowls are on the table. The food came so quick. I am truly amazed at how they cured me.

I really love the pho here. Most importantly, you won't feel thirsty after. The protein and noodle portion is also good. The only problem is long waiting lane, plus too much icy in the vitamin coffee.
