I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was abysmal, with rude staff who seemed inconvenienced by our presence. To make matters worse, when we politely asked for extra ice or well-done vegetables, we overheard the staff gossiping about us. It’s unacceptable to treat customers this way. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this establishment to anyone

The best Pho I ever have here in San Diego. The broth tastes good and have more ingredients and garnishes than other Pho restaurants around. Fast service, clean area. From parking to restaurants, they have ample spaces too.

The food is so bad, the staff is also very bad, they look like they are crazy, sometimes show disrespect to customers, if there is 0 stars, I should give 0 stars ??

Pho restaurant next to Lucky Seafood Supermarket. Very pleased to walk into a nicely decorated, bright, and inviting dining room. The staff is very attentive, bringing ice water and menus immediately.Ordered dac biet pho for lunch. It was a good and hearty meal, they gave us a lot of meat (rare steak, brisket, fatty brisket, tendon, tripe, and meatball) and veggies. I like their broth and felt very full with the portion given us. Prices for food are very fair for the amount they give you. We didn't try anything else, but I'd come back to have their pho again if I'm in the craving. Thank you for great, attentive service.

I’m Vietnamese and love pho and have eaten pho literally all over the world including northern and southern Vietnam. I initially decided to go here because pho cow Cali is always packed. Now I come here because the pho is just as good. It’s tasty with the right combination of meat and favor. They have some high end pho like oxtail that is really good and decently priced. The veg plate is in my opinion an initial sign that it’s a good pho place. It comes out fresh and moist. The spring rolls have decent amount of meat and good size shrimp that is better than cow Cali. Service was quick and responsive. I find nothing wrong with this place. My go to pho place now. At least until they become too busy with lines. I hope not.I was conflicted about leaving a good review because I don’t want it to become another long line like pho Cali but they deserve it. I rarely leave reviews too. I use to drive to pho Cali and come here if line is too long. I just drive here now. I don’t even bother checking cow Cali cuz there’s no reason to.

We were shopping at the Lucky Seafood market and decided to grab dinner here. The pho tai was good but it had a lot of fat in the broth. You can see a film of oil floating on top. The pork chop was so dry that I had to dunk it in the little soup bowl that came with the rice dish.We were hoping to like this restaurant. The waitress was also talking loudly over our heads to her coworker while taking our orders. We will go across the street next time to Pho Cow Cali.

I ordered the special #2 with ox tail it was nothing special the broth was decent nothing really stood out if I'm being completely honest I've definitely had better, also I ordered the 6 egg rolls... they weren't bad or good either just normal. Would go here again if I was in a rush because the food came out in a matter of seconds after ordering. I enjoyed the Christmas music more than the food itself anyway fairly decent service nothing to complain or brag about. Lucky pho has a very homey vibe that's what I liked most about it.
