Point Loma Café service was amazing. I thought they were super nice and I really enjoyed the veggies and fries.

Found then restaurant nice and quiet when I went there to buy lunch to go. Workers were pleasant and professional.

First of all, the food was very good and tasty. I loved them. However, the tea I’ve ordered was served differently than the other guests. By the same server, the other guests received an empty mug, separate glass with hot water on a little plate with honey with paper lace on the bottom, and tray with various types of teabags. On the other hand, what I received was a mug with hot water, a plate with one teabag and honey. After the meal, I asked him why my tea was different than the others. He informed me that there are two ways to serve, but I am very sure he never asked me which I prefer. If i believe him and if there are two ways to serve, first of all there shouldn’t be two ways. Also, he should’ve explained before serving. You’re a international hotel chain, so just…. don’t differentiate people like this. I felt very very bad.

The food is good but the service is ehh. I’ve been here twice the past 3 days. The credit card machines supposedly broke both times. Took 10 min to check out. Also their waiter, Bing, just has a horrible attitude and provides horrible service.

Outstanding service and tasty food. We tried the chicken fried steak and monte cristo sandwich, both delicious. Irene was the best, super attentive and kind. Thank you!

Ordered Margherita Pizza, qusedilla, sheperds pie, and meatloaf. Pizza was meh. Quesedilla was large but refried beans on the side were inedible. Shepherd pie was large and was okay. Meatloaf COULD have been great had it not been for being burnt. Who would actually think its okay to serve this? They have good home-made ranch. The atmosphere was nice but the waitress kept leaving the door to the cold outside open. Levi was our server and you could tell he was new but he did a great job.

We ate breakfast (late breakfast) here three times during our short stay in Point Loma. That was in mid December 2023. The food is so good! We had planned to try different places nearby but the food and service was so fantastic that we didn’t stray away until we had to go to Carlsbad. Worth noting, the biscuits and gravy are to die for! We are from Texas and my farmer grandma, (RIP Big Mama) could fry the chicken and bake biscuits and gravy fit for kings and queens. These biscuits and gravy were just as good, omg I can’t wait to get my other knee surgery over with and fly back to San Diego with my son. The biscuits were so fluffy, like clouds. I can’t recall at the moment what else we ate, we ate whatever the lovely waitress recommended, but everything we ate was delicious. And affordable. I just woke up, in a hurry, may add to this later to include what else we ate, my advise would be to ask what the waitresses recommended.

Everything about this place was awful. I can't believe they get business. Dirty and the food was disgusting

Unfortunately, didn't have a chance to try theirs food . But we've experienced sadly situations, when they let us come in and gave us table and start serving while we were with a 5 month puppy. They greet us nicely , but didn't say anything about their No pets allowed policy before giving us seats. They don't have any signs on entry doors. That's was very rude , that manager Carlos asked us to leave after letting us take a table . Even-though our dog was calm and quiet. Looks like nice place , but unfortunately they are earning bad reviews by making that kind of contradictory actions. First impression was ruined. Future customers please be noted that this place is not pets allowed .

Very good food! Quiet and quaint restaurant. We came off our super early flight and this place didn’t disappoint. We ordered Breakfast Burrito, a skillet, regular pancakes and the sour cream pancakes with blueberry compote. It was also nice to have friendly
