I walked in with my family and was served by Dihan, Nancey was the manager on site. I asked for Vanilla, due to the ingredients listed on the sign at the counter. Almond Milk (Water, Almonds), Dates, Vanilla Extract, Sea Salt. Dihan proceeded to ask me "Do you want almond vanilla or coconut vanilla?" When I asked what the difference is, Dihan explained that "the only difference is one has almond and one has coconut, everything else is the same." If this was the case, I would have been fine. While eating the ice cream given to me, which I thought was "Coconut Vanilla" I learned Dihan served me a flavor called "Sweet Cream" which is entirely different and not what was described to me at all. Coconut Milk (Water, Coconut Cream), Tapioca Syrup, Agave Syrup, Almonds, Vanilla Extract, Oat Flour (Oats, Oat Fiber, Natural Flavor), Citrus Fiber, Sea Salt, Vanilla Bean Specks. I have an extreme intolerance to Oat flour, hence why I did NOT ask for this. I am now suffering due to her lack of knowledge, training, and care. Nancey directed me to email the company as a form of recourse, unfortunately, the damage is done, and neither seemed interested in helping the situation once it was uncovered. hope this doesn't fall on deaf ears.

The sales associates Nancy and Lynn are super helpful. I wanted to give a shout out to the lovely and knowledgeable sales associates. Pressed is a great product ...but this is the first time I've left a review of one of their stores , based on such nice customer service .

i just left pressed and it was the worst service ever. the girl was extremely rude and rolled her eyes multiple times to the point where all the customers looked at eachother wondering why were even there. she seems like she hates her life. i come here all the time and drive a far ways bc i love the recipe for the "soft serve". this was also the first time the blueberry tasted super milky and almost no flavor. i get this flavor every time and then the girl said "that's just how it is" and shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes. this makes me regret making the drive here. i'm definitely disappointed in the service and makes me not want to come back ever

This happens on 10/16/23 around 1 pm. The girl who works there always has this attitude. If you really hate your job that much, please find another one. This is not the first time I've been treated as if I'm asking for free water every two minutes.

Went here for a couple of freezes today. Linn (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) was so friendly and helpful. She helped us get started with a membership so we can start getting some points. Definitely coming back!

Soft serve is my favorite treat! Non dairy and refined sugar free. Both the chocolate and vanilla are good with chocolate being a bit sweeter. Mix for a perfect match.

I’ve been going to this location for over a month now and the whole team is always friendly, welcoming and they’re all very informative about their juices and products. There was a Asian female working the floor today 8/9 at 1:20pm she had a bit of a rush but with all her guest interactions she was friendly patient and delivered exceptional customer service to everyone that was in the store. I’ll always pick up my juice cleanses at this location moving forward

My friend and I arrived to pick up our order a few minutes ahead of the scheduled pickup time. Unfortunately, Nancy's unnecessary rudeness prompted us to cancel our orders. Pressed, due to the unpleasant encounter with your employee, Nancy, you've lost two customers.

Been coming to this location now for over a month and the service is always on point. I was in the shop on 8/9 and the female Asian employee (I didn't catch her name and should of looked at her name tag) working the front end of the store around 120 ish and she had a little bit of a rush. For each guest interaction she was friendly, patient, informative and delivered phenomenal customer service to all the guest before me and with me too. I'll be picking up all my juice cleanses from this location moving forward. Highly recommend
