DELICIOUS! I ordered Lean and Green for the afternoon of my wedding for the bridesmaids and moms. Everyone was raving about the sandwiches, and it was the perfect meal before the wedding festivities. They can accommodate a lot of dietary restrictions as well which is amazing.

Ordered the fall special salad with eggplant, sweet potato, cranberries, walnuts, and was blown away! It was loaded with deliciousness. I am a huge salad lover but it needs to include more than just greens. This was just right with the added healthy fats, carbs, and sweetness. If I lived closed I would literally come here everyday. Yum!

Normally this place is decent. I was disappointed in my order today. My order was incorrect. They had a hot salad bowl for me instead of the acai I ordered on Grubhub. I had to wait extra time (on my lunch break), and then when it was made the acai was very watery. The person that made it took the scooper which was dipped all the way into some container with parsley (it was green), and without cleaning it used it to scoop my mangos and put it in my acai. Now my whole acai bowl tastes like that green stuff which is disgusting and there were remnants floating in the watery acai lol. So disgusting. I've added a pic that shows the parsley I moved to the side of the bowl, but the taste of it is strongly still there. I had to force myself to eat it because that took up my whole lunch break and I couldn't go buy anything else.

Really cute cafe in the Merrill Lynch Building on Fay Ave. I walked in and was greeted by a really nice staff member. I should have got her name! Next time! I got the Mango Rush smoothie which has orange juice, mangoes, and low fat frozen yogurt. Deelish:) taste like summer forreal! They have a huge menu of healthy and fresh option I highly recommend!

A friend took me here one Sunday for brunch and there were a lot of people outside in their waiting area. We were told that outdoor seating is 45 minutes wait and indoor seating is 10 minutes. We opted for the indoor as we were just really hungry at the time. We only waited for less than 2 minutes, got our temperatures checked, was informed of their Covid guidelines and taken to our table.Service was excellent. Our server was attentive, prompt with our requests and patient - we didn't feel rushed in making our order. We ordered their seasonal mimosas and it was so good and refreshing. Their Blueberry pancakes was amazing! Initially, I got scared with all that toppings and syrup thinking it would probably be really sweet. But no, it wasn't. It was perfect for my palate. On the other hand, Kensington Benedict was a little bit of a let down. For me I think was lacking in flavor. It was plain and in the bland side. Nothing out of the ordinary in my opinion. Overall, this place is worth coming back to as it has a lot more to offer! Next time, would definitely try their coffee and pastries.

MUST TRY THE LEMON CURD BLUEBERRY PANCAKES!! Wait was about 30 mins on a Sunday morning, considerably less of a wait time than other places in the area. Taking good COVID precautions (temperature check, tables spaced out, must keep mask on while waiting for food). Overall super tasty and felt safe, would definitely come again!

We saw their very nice outside area and tried it for breakfast. Extraordinary!! The owner has "stepped" on great dishes giving her personal touch and she does such a great job!! Excellent hollandaise. When eating out we appreciate not just getting the taste of good we can create at home but wonderful when you get something extra! Will definitely be back.

On our morning bike ride we wanted to stop for breakfast like always & it was between this place and the other spot across the street. While we were searching yelp this couples was passing me & said out of the two choices they preferred Sugar and Scribe so we decided to check it out. Overall everything was good including the service. I would definitely come back.

I honestly love love coming here. It is one of the best spots to have breakfast! I always have a very hard time deciding between her words cottage but honestly this place is much better. The taste, texture, flavor, of their food is incredible. I'll talk about my most recent visit. I went here this past week. I think it was a Thursday, around 2 pm, perfect time because we didn't have to wait to get a table and our food came out pretty quick. As soon we went inside to take a look at their sweets and see what was new. My mom ordered the white chocolate pumpkin coffee and I just ordered water. We shared the classic Benedict eggs. And the lemon pancakes. Ufff the coffee was phenomenal. Rick in flavor. And the food like always amazing!!! Those Benedict eggs are exceptional. When they say fancy bacon they mean it!! The bacon is so so delicious and tastes so different from everywhere else I go. We like to add avocado because their avocado there is always so fresh and delicious. Our pancakes were yummy! No wonder why they are known for those pancakes, and for those who don't know they have won for those pancakes a lot of recognition. You have to try those pancakes. Overall we had an excellent experience like always!! And of course the season made the place looks even prettier with the pumpkins decorations on the grass and all that. Prices are good, you pay for what you eat and it's amazing quality so I don't mind paying it. Can't wait to come back!

We got there right as they were closing unfortunately, but they let us grab a packaged brownie and iced tea. Didn't make us feel rushed. Brownie was divine-- best part was the texture-- flaky top, not dry, and a few (but not too many) chocolate morsels to give a little extra sparkle. Wish I could've tried more while I was there.

YOU NEED TO GO HERE!!! THIS PLACE IS ONE OF A KIND!!! The most delicious and unique brunch I have EVER HAD. I'm not kidding, the food is out of this world. Lemon curd pancakes with the blueberries, sauce, whipped cream, cooked to PERFECTION. I could literally eat a billion of those lemon pancakes even just plain. Outdoor seating was so pleasant on a Sunday morning, and even seemingly private, with the long curtains hanging between tables for Covid reasons. We arrived party of 2 around 10:30 and the wait-time was only 30 minutes. (This is short compared to many other places for a weekend brunch!) Skillets are freaking delicious (ours had egg whites & Parmesan &chicken & potatoes), had a cardamom latte, gingerbread latte, and those INCREDIBLE lemon berry pancakes. THE BEST. I will never stop raving about this place!!!!!!!!

Went here for brunch and wait was around 1-1.5 hours. Everyone has a time limit for dine in once seated to accommodate others & in response to covid. All staff were wearing face masks and there was decent spacing between tables. We were also told that if someone were to leave their spot in queue, the wait time could be cut in half. A very cute brunch spot to visit on the weekends. Their outside patio seating was also very simple and aesthetic as well. Our waitress was very friendly and accommodating. We got the mimosa and they were so good! It paired well with their brunch dishes. I forgot which one my boyfriend got but I got the lavender mimosa. It was fruity and floral! They have a variety of dishes from quiches, to eggs Benedict, and this flaky chicken pastry with a rhubarb jam and wow. So good! It also came with a side salad as well.

Lots of people lining up for brunch. Outside seating. Wearing masks and taking precautions. Can buy bakery items to-go inside the restaurant-bakery. Very pretty decor. Great customer service.
