This time going to this particular Red Lobster as we 1st walked into the restaurant had this awful vinegar kind of smell..I almost walked out. Some people walking out said it wasn't like that in the back. Service was good. The steak was kind of blan, the special fish and Chips were ok and the coleslaw had a tad more vinegar flavor in it then I would have liked. My soup was the best part. Spending as much as we did for 2 people and we come here often when we come to San Diego..just thought it would be much better then you average fast food joint (would probably be better).

The atmosphere wasn't as nice as ours in minnesota, not very clean. The bathrooms were not very clean either! And my crab legs were a little cool, so I couldn't get big chunks out, so I had to scrape it out to eat it, so that was a drag. But the lobster was amazing and everything else was pretty good. My husband said that the biscuits weren't the same. There wasn't enough cheese in it, but I thought it was fine. We did have a hard time getting the waiter to come back again to our table at one point.

The waiter's attitude was extremely bad. The lobster pizza was too salty. I told the waiter and the waiter called me crazy. We are here to eat and spend money. I can’t even say I’m not satisfied. The food is served. Grab it with your hands? Not even a knife and fork for eating

When you walk in the door it smells like a sewer. That should have been our first clue. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to eat anyway. It took an hour for the food to come out. The waiter put a lemon in my Dr Pepper and got mad when I asked if I could get it with no lemon. Then after waiting an hour the food came out cold. Then he sat a platter in front of a 1 year old baby. When asked to take some of the empty plates he shook his head and mumbled. Didn’t refill drinks. It was awful. We were going to leave him a small tip because service was awful he got mad and said don’t leave anything. OK we marked it out and didn’t leave a tip. Stay away 2 stars is generous

It is a chain, but the service at this location from the greeter to the server was fast and accurate, and they have pretty fresh seafood + a big menu. I've been to Red Lobster locations where they're frequently "out" of menu items ... but so far at this location that has not happened. Finally, if you come during the week before 16:00/4pm it's not very crowded.

Red Lobster is a good place for a decent night out. The staff try their very best to ensure that their customers have an enjoyable evening. The management need to ensure that their staff have adequate support as they no longer have bussers and by placing this increased burden on their overly stretched staff is burdsome to make an extra few dollars. The shrimp and crab were great and the lobster itself was lacking in quality. The staff working were friendly and helpful.

Had the Monday Endless Shrimp for $15 early bird special. It was delicious with a nothing-special Caesar salad and a side of steamed broccoli, passed on the roll.Endless shrimp season ?. Now $24.00.Yummy, good service, broccoli cooked to perfection. Now Endless Shrimp is $20...an unexpected but appreciated drop! Now endless shrimp is $27. Available every day. This time had endless clam chowder, Caesar salad, and biscuits for $12.00. Biscuits were warm and tasty. Salad had fresh cheese. Soup was okay but needed something to make it satisfying. Service was stellar.Parking: Easy plentiful parkingWheelchair accessibility: Easy wheelchair entry.

The bar stench is unbearable. There's no bar I've ever been to that smelled even close to as bad as this place. I would of left im 2 seconds if it wasn't for a business meeting. They sat us in the back where the smell wasn't nearly as bad. But hold your breath when walking through. The food was surprisingly good. A few screw ups on the plates. But the food was good. Service was terrible. Literally had to get up and ask for a refill at the bar and find the waiter everytime we needed something. Never going back there!

I haven't been to Red Lobster for over 30 years. I saw there all you can eat shrimp deal and decided to stop there. I ended up getting the 3 shrimp dinner. Shrimp fetticini, shrimp scampi and Walts shrimp along with a glass of wine. The all were very good. The bartender was awesome too.

The only reason I went to Red Lobster was for the free veterans' day meal. Thank you, Red Lobster, for the free meal. But the service was a lot to desire. After being seated, we waited for well over 25 minutes before getting service. Since we already knew what we wanted, we made the order. The house salad came almost immediately, but still no drinks. 5 minutes later came the drinks and the bread. Then the meal came. Shrimp and chips which came with cole slaw. We had to wave down a waiter to ask for the cole slaw. "Oh, they didn't bring it? We were almost done with the dinner by the time the cole slaw came. Not my favorite place.

I'm here for a conference and happen to be staying outside of downtown in hotel nearby;whereas the Caesar salad and salmon was fine, the stench in this place is revolting and I had to cut my meal short to leave. Does no one notice this? Is this the odor of your patrons or the space overall?
