Absolutely delicious coffee and not overly sweet. So grateful that they had a vegan option for the classic Saigon Coffee as well. The line was long but the employees worked through it very quickly and were happy to answer any questions. Can't wait to come back!

This place was everything I needed today! The line was out the door, but I had my coffee in hand in less than 10 mins. The girls working there were friendly and super efficient. I ordered the egg coffee, and it tasted like Vietnam. Very satisfied and impressed.

Easy 5/5 stars! I've been buying their coffee at the Hillcrest Farmer's Market on Sundays, but now they have a storefront! My go-to is their Hanoi egg coffee, but the matcha is also so good. Beware, their coffee is strong. Service is always outstanding. Their staff is super friendly, and their smiles are contagious. This storefront is located on 30th St of North Park, so parking can be difficult depending on the day you go.

Great service, egg coffee is ALWAYS good, and the line moves by very quickly! Our favorite Vietnamese coffee spot!

Long time Saigon fan since they've been at the farmers market. So glad to see them so successful now with their first shop. Usually stop by here on Sunday mornings and the line is always out the door. Although the line can be 10+ customers deep out the door, it always goes by pretty quickly, and the wait after you've ordered is never too long. They're dog friendly too and many pups come through and are ok to come inside while you wait for your coffee. Staff has always been friendly and welcoming to each customer. Since it's always busy and seating is limited, it's more of a grab and go place for me. I've tried almost all of the drinks so far and my favorites have got to be the famous saigon, coconut blended, and matcha. The matcha has condensed milk, making it super creamy. Not a watery matcha at all. The drinks can be pretty sweet and an extra $2 if you want the larger size, so I usually savor this treat on Sundays. Something I look forward to on the weekend!

Parking is the only downside here. Prices are also high but that's because there are specialty items and the coffee is worth the extra $1 or 2. There is limited seating that isn't super comfortable but it's a great area to grab a coffee and walk around exploring nearby book stores, plant shops, and restaurants

Such a great coffee place! Their famous Saigon coffee is worth the long lines! It's usually very busy and crowded as the place is small, but it's worth the treat!

I was on my way to study and I saw a lot of hype around this spot so I decided to check it out. AMBIANCE: Parking: Welcome to North Park! Parking gets tight, just come timely or park at the parking structure. Seating: Room for about 15 people, room for small groups. Vibes: There's a lot of things to do here at North Park at a more calmer level - barcade, study, eat, thrift. The spot itself is relatively simple, clean, minimal, great to take a quick break. It gets pretty active and there's no wifi so it's not the best place to study but since it's a corner shop, great place to people watch. FOOD: Hanoi Egg Coffee (Recommend) Delicious! You don't even realize it's an egg! The coffee has its signature strong and sweet flavor. The egg is creamy, frothy, and cinnamon-sweet to make your coffee a bit more flavorful. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Great! The flow is always on the go but the servers are quick and professional. TL; DR OVERALL: 4.5 Stars. I enjoyed my experience here. Good selections, delicious drinks, and a simple pleasant vibe. I know there are many coffee shops here but for something different or strong, this is your spot. I loved how I got to learn something about Vietnam here. Shout outs to the Duong siblings for sharing their culture to San Diego, I wish this business all the best! TIPS: * Check out their farmer's market locations too!

I love Saigon Coffee’s strong and creamy drinks! I’ve been here a handful of times now mostly during the weekdays and most recently, on a Saturday morning.Parking/Environment:It’s in North Park so parking can be very, very tricky since it’s strictly street parking. We’ve gotten lucky on weekdays by finding a spot within the same street. On a Saturday though, it was almost impossible due to construction + normal Saturday busy-ness. My husband ended up dropping me off to order for us while he circled around. This corner lot coffee shop is very trendy and clean. The inside decorations and the outside wall are aesthetic for pictures. They have few indoor seats and tables and some seats along the wall that’s open air.Service:You’ll most likely see a line out the door and more people waiting for their orders. However, the employees taking the orders and making the coffees work hard and are fast! They’re also all very nice and will patiently answer questions.Food:Their coffees are pretty strong! I’ve had to leave half for the next day so my heart doesn’t jump out of my chest haha. In other coffee places, I usually try to look for sugar-free options but for this shop, I order as is because I want to taste the true flavors. So I can’t really comment on whether or not they offer this option to those who seek it!*Hanoi Egg Coffee ($7): one of their best selling coffees. The egg coffee cream is sooo creamy and delicious. Pretty sweet but in my opinion, pairs well with the coffee underneath. Some could argue that it’s too sweet so just a heads up!*Famous Saigon Coffee ($6) + Cream Cheese Foam ($1): my husband’s order. This is their original iced coffee topped with Cream Cheese Foam as extra. He says it’s delicious and sweet!Overall, I’d definitely come back to Saigon Coffee whenever we want to treat ourselves for some sweet, delicious coffee! And probably on a weekday for the parking situation.Parking: Hard to find street parking because it’s in North Park. You might get lucky with a few spots along the same street on a weekday morning. Weekends can be pretty difficult.

This is my favorite coffee in San Diego! It is perfectly sweet and creamy. I have tried almost everything on the menu and it's all so good. My favorites are the famous Saigon and blended coconut. The long line is understandable but don't let it deter you, they are so fast! The staff is always so nice and cheerful. They have seating inside but this is more of a grab and go place. I love the location and convenience!

Saigon has been my go-to treat at the Hillcrest farmer's market for years and I'm thrilled that they have a brick-and-mortar now in NP! The line was out the door Saturday morning but moved quickly. Simple menu, well-staffed, and reliably delicious drinks. With people waiting, there wasn't a ton of space to sit and enjoy. We took our drinks over to Fairplay to watch an early Tottenham match.
