I recently dined at Saigon Restaurant with high hopes for a satisfying meal, but unfortunately, my experience was anything but enjoyable. From the moment my order was placed to the lackluster service throughout, I left feeling incredibly disappointed and disrespected.Despite the restaurant not being crowded, the vermicelli soup noodle I ordered took an excruciatingly long time to arrive. Nearly an hour passed before it made its appearance, leaving me and my husband baffled and hungry. To add insult to injury, my husband's stir-fried chicken arrived a staggering 15 minutes after we placed our order, further highlighting the incompetence of the kitchen staff. When we inquired about the delay, the staff assured us that my noodle was on its way, yet it never materialized. After my husband finished his meal, I was still left waiting for mine. Eventually, when we decided to leave, the staff nonchalantly insisted that my dish would be served imminently and handed us a hastily wrapped to-go container of noodles without offering any apologies for the inconvenience caused. The lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction displayed by the staff at Saigon Restaurant was appalling. Not only did they fail to deliver on their promise of timely service, but they also lacked basic courtesy and professionalism in their interactions with us.In conclusion, my experience at Saigon Restaurant was marred by incompetence and disrespect. I urge others to steer clear of this establishment and seek dining experiences elsewhere where their patronage will be valued and respected.

Absolutely the most of the most! The veggies are abundant fresh and crispy. the pork is tender and flavorful and the tiny rice noodles are hot and well cooked. they serve it with large lettuce leaves that you wrap all the goodies up as a Vietnamese burrito. and dip it into a flavorful sauce called fish sauce but it is not fishy and does not taste like fish. Tops! Every dish is tops. and the soups are also fun to try. A fun meal pretty much describes the Saigon Restaurant. Thank you, Victor. He's the top cheese there. I'm so happy this restaurant survived the pandemic.

This place has been standing for a long time now. Long due for a renovation. The food has changed drastically over the years. The deserts no longer available because the person who made them is now retired. I ate family style here, the food was still good but not great like decades ago. This places has almost every variety of Vietnamese/Chinese dish, but not sure if they actually make all of them anymore.

Terrible service. They first mixed up our orders and didn't serve us for another hour. However, the server then set down a random plate of food that wasn't ours in front of us and spilled it everywhere. When asked if that was the correct pho order he simply said "I don't care" and kept telling us we should know where our food went. Long waiting time and an attitude will make me never come here again.
Danny is the best waiter. Evan knows my name now. Rb.

They need to update their business hours. I couldn't remember which day of the week they closed. Today was a Tuesday. Tried to call them but no answer. We end up driving by there anyways to see if they are open. If so, we would have eaten there. They were closed. Not sure if this business or Yelp is the one that needs to update their opening hours.

First time here. My family and I were quickly seated however service is slow here. You definitely need to flag down someone to take your order. But before that, the menu is quite extensive. By far the most Vietnamese entrees I've ever seen. Even traditional entrees you won't ever see on a menu. We started off with Vietnamese coffee (quantity is low, more ice than coffee) and 6 egg rolls which were quite big, followed by squid Salt and pepper (a must order) but quite expensive at 18.99. the #22 pho dac biet is quite tasty but the broth was on the salty end. A great place for big parties but hard to come back with other close by competition.
