Poor service. Took too long to get my order, and got my order wrong. Menu is outdated, they didn't have some items on menu. Bad experience over all.

It looks like they're still operating but have shifted their name to be "Sweet Vibe," with a focus on desserts instead. Not sure why they put themselves as "closed" on this page. We regularly visited San Tea and actually liked their drinks on the contrary to some of the reviews here. However, I am not sure what happened today because my drink was awful that I couldn't finish it. Felt like something went bad in the drink. It seems the quality went down or maybe it was a bad day due to the transition.

Love this place. Super cute and adorable snacks too. Lots of boba options but I had the Viet Iced Coffee and it was great.

This was such a nice find. My nephew got the taro milk tea and sister got the brown sugar milk tea and both loved it. I'm not a big boba person and got the super fruit tea which was really refreshing! They also serve taiyaki, and my niece got red bean and Nutella. Made to order and warm! Yum! The staff was really friendly. Nice vibe. The desserts looked really amazing!

Boba was so delicious, ambiance was incredible, and service was above and beyond. I'd drive out of the way to go here.

Came across SAN Tea and Dessert Studio on Convoy. The interior was clean and the staff were friendly. We tried the Vietnamese Latte and Brown Sugar Milk Tea. Both drinks were smooth, with a balanced sweetness. The boba was very soft and fresh. We also enjoyed the mango, matcha and strawberry cakes. They were delightful, with just the right amount of sweetness. The flavored whipped cream and fruits complemented the layered bread perfectly.

They took over gong Cha. Service was ok and the drinks are very similar to gong Cha but then again most boba places have similar drinks which taste good. A big difference is the dessert, with their frenchie or sleepybear mousse and the cake box. We ordered the chocolate frenchie and I think is vanilla sleepy bear mousse which were pretty tasty and not too sweet. Also ordered the royal Ceylon black tea and I can taste the black tea flavor as it is very refreshing. The only bad thing is the spam musubi. It's pre made and looks like it was made and put on display for the whole day. Besides that the experience was ok

I tried the Bearamisu, lychee Tiramisu, and chestnut coconut pudding. All are very disappointing. Bearamisu (supposed to be Tiramisu) felt like it was casually put together with some cream and finger butter and was not properly made. The finger butter was hard and dry. The cream was overloaded. It was like eating bread warped with cream. The cream was also not fresh. Lychee and Tiramisu, IMO, do not go well together. The finished product tasted like it had gone bad. The Chestnut coconut: Chestnut also does not taste fresh.

2/4/24: I was warmly greeted upon entrance. I ordered the Royal Ceylon Milk Tea (Large) + Panna Cotta ($1) at a custom 25% sugar (you have to ask if they can do less than standard). I figured the Panna Cotta was sweet which is why I did want a super sweet drink. Also, I never had Panna Cotta in a drink before so I was very curious! For those who have a sweet tooth, you'll probably want more sugar. First off, the milk tea is yummy (a little on the milky side) but what really shined was the Panna Cotta. In my head, I thought it was going to be more or less Egg Pudding, but boy was I wrong. It has a different type of mouth feel, maybe it a little more dense? It was awesome, loved it.

Been here a few times, staff is great and friendly but have had some quality issues with the tea, either it's not strong, too much ice, or the boba was hard/dry or stuck together in a big glob. Seems almost like the owners had so many ideas and instead of focusing on one they tried everything. It's a boba place, but also has masubi, packaged ramen (not anymore?), fresca, Thai tea, tapenyaki, pudding, cake? I don't know. I really liked Gong Cha and miss their lychee black tea with lychee jelly and their brown sugar series and would go several times a month. With San there I'm now exploring new boba places...

GREAT coffee. I tried the vietnamese coffee with cheese foam(ik sound weird but delicious) 20/10 great pick me up! Also tried the Thai Tea , you can never go wrong with it! Also got a Oreo cake for my sweet tooth. Creamy goodness in every bite !

Ambience was good.. and service was great. The boba drinks we got were good.. cute packaging. The desserts seemed a bit too pricey. I did get the 4 taiyaki (fish shaped, red bean filled, freshly baked) to realize they were really cute, bite sized ones.. it's where Gongcha used to be..

In place of the previous Goncha, this new boba spot was all over Instagram with their boba and little bears. I didn't get a bear this time, but I got their boba and the way they dress up their cups is super cute with the little doily on the lid and cards of motivation/pick me ups. There's plenty of seating inside and they have a kiosk to order from to make things faster. I only got to try their strawberry boba which wasn't anything special tbh but I think I need to order their signature or their Vietnamese coffee next time because they have so much more to offer! They even have aguas frescas which I'm very curious about. The drinks did come out fast too for there only being one person behind the counter. For the first try, they have great potential in convoy to keep up their popularity and I would come back and try more.

Received the 6 piece Taiyaki in my delivery order and it was literally the thinnest mushiest heap of garbage. I had to peel each individual one apart aside from the two on the bottom that were stuck. The taiyaki themselves were mushy and super thin. Nothing like any other place that makes it. Typically it is larger, with a crispy outside that holds its shape when held up. I definitely want to try the other desserts but is the taiyaki is THIS bad I might refrain. That aside, milk tea is average, nothing special
