Went here with coworkers to celebrate by birthday and it was DELISH! SO much to choose from- not just broths, but veggies, noodles, meats. We were so stuffed by the end we didn't even have room for the show bar! Will def be coming back next opportunity we get. Yum!

Went to celebrate my birthday and the atmosphere is really warm and welcoming. Juanita was a really sweet worker and very attentive to our table if we needed anything. It's an AYCE buffet style hot pot meal. Definitely coming here again.Vegetarian options: Provide vegetables and tofu

Shabu-Works is the absolute best! Our whole family loves it, we’ve been coming for years. The staff is all very friendly, the meat and veggies ar always fresh and delicious and we love all of the broth bases but the garlic tonkatsu and the Sichuan ma-la are our favorites. The hot food bar is also really tasty with teriyaki chicken, chicken katsu, potstickers, rice, fried rice and curry. You really can’t beat it! Definitely a must try if you are in the area!Update: came again for a birthday with a party of 10 including 3 kids and it was still absolutely fantastic! Great food great service, just all around great experience. Great all-you-can-eat shabu shabu place, with a serve yourself bar of veggies, fishballs, sauces, and cooked food. It's all so good, and the broths are awesome! Super kid friendly, $9 for the younguns. Our favorite shabu spot in SD!
