The worst service and food. We ordered vanilla shake that we didn't receive. Our hamburger orders were wrong. No apologies. So disappointed. Will not be eating here again.

- I came here before just for fries and wanted a quick bite to eat and stopped by SmashBurger to try out one of their burgers. Heard many reviews and decided it was time. Parking: - Located near the far east side of UTC, parking can always be hit or miss especially on the weekend. We were lucky enough to find parking on an upper level parking lot near Corner Bakery. Id recommend parking in a further lot to avoid all the traffic. Food review: Double Swiss mushroom burger ($12): - if a burger spot has anything with mushroom, I'm getting it. I asked to take out the truffle mayo (not a fan of mayo) and it was okay. For $12, it was a little underwhelming and just okay. I'd give it a 6/10 if I'm being honest. For the price, the portion size was not a lot. Maybe I'm just comparing it too much to The Melt's double mushroom Swiss burger which took me forever to eat. Nonetheless it was okay. Very oily so grab extra napkins while you're there Smashburger fries ($5) - fries were probably my favorite item there. Well seasoned but a little too oily. Not a big issue but I wish the portion sizes were a little bit more for the price Service: - Not sure if it was just loud but the person taking my order had a hard time hearing my order and I didn't want to raise my voice any louder than I was speaking. We got our food pretty fast. They give you a number and deliver your food to your table. They had about 3-4 people making orders and 1 food runners. You get to pick between indoor and outdoor seating. Not too many people when we went in so that's probably why we got our food right away. Overall review: - I'd pick this over shake shack if I wanted a burger at the mall but for the price, there could be more in my opinion. Overall it was a 6/10 experience.

Their smash fries are amazing! Loved the shoestring fries and the seasoning is freakin delicious! Loved that it's crispy yet soft in the inside. Something I know I will be ordering again. Their double avocado burger was juicy and bun was soft. Service was quick and inside has plenty of seating. You can help yourself to the condiments and utensils by the fountain drink machines too.

Mushroom grilled chicken sandwich is absolutely delicious! The chicken was seasoned perfectly and super juicy and tender absolutely loved it with the melted Swiss cheese! Also had the Colorado chicken sandwich the Anaheim peppers are a perfect a hint of spice but not overbearing with heat. Their Brussels sprouts are absolutely amazing as well just wish they topped it with salt and pepper on top. Their onions rings were okay not really an item I’d recommend. Their vanilla and Oreo shake were also very good. The customer service I received from Alexis is what really made this location stick out, she was really kind, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. I really appreciate workers like her because it makes the experience way more enjoyable.Parking: Free 2 hour parking anything after has to be paid for

Honestly, the burger was just ok. It's not as smashed as other places, and doesnt have as much salt or spice on the patties. The smashtots are ?, with aqesome rosemary flavor, crispy outside and moist inside. Some of the best I've had. They dont give you very much though, as others have said. Lastly, peanut butter shake was also amazing. Tasted like Reeses in a drink!
