Are you kidding me. ? I drive here to put gas ⛽ and the outside wasn't working ? I pressed the button for help, seem to me that the gas pump wasn't working, noone answer. So, I had to walked ?♀️ inside and tell the female salesperson clerk is the pump working? She said no. If you're outside pumping. You need to pay inside. Oh. OK. I see no post saying first pay inside, like other gas stations. So, I Pay, drove off. She was rude & disrespectful to I. Who's doing the hiring in this place? Not coming here anymore, due to very Bad services here by the salesperson clerk. Also she told me that, they are no longer accepting the rewards key cards. No more getting points for getting low gasoline prices. I am a member for 6 years and never gotten lower prices gas and my points were high enough to get either prize, but nothing from this speedway express. It's all a scam from them. ?

The cashier was very racist and tried to get other clients waiting in line to believe I was giving her attitude when she started yelling at me and realized she was caught being a complete rude associate. The guy behind me found me after the whole fiasco and apologized I even had to go through that in the first place. She should be fired--horrible horrible horrible. Elsa, if you're reading this I hope you regret the comments you made to me after I asked you a simple question. Squinting your eyes real tight and asking if "[I] could even understand [you]" was so out of left field and racist and I hope you get reprimanded in someway.I of course called corporate and gave the location number as well as her name.

Hi there, manager Jorge. I've been a twice-per week at least customer for more than 3 years. I live three blocks away, and it's my preferred gas station. Good prices but also Lois especially has always always been the sweetest most loving and helpful employee. She's really made your store a joy to come into. Tonight I was trying to get some cash to a neighbor I know who was down in her luck and in the parking lot. Mama, we call her, and her dog Cocomo. She just had surgery and needed help paying for her medication. Unfortunately I couldn't get cash back at the register which isn't a huge deal. But Brenda dismissed me when I asked if she knew how much the service fee would be on the ATM. Then the ATM didn't inform me whether there was a fee...maybe there isn't one! We'll see when the bank statement becomes available. But as I was walking out the door right behind Brenda and speaking with her -- so she knew I was immediately behind here -- she threw a full bag of trash directly at me to obstruct my walkway. I stumbled to not fall over it. I'd love for you to review the footage. She insists I was "imagining" things and wouldn't even look me in the eye to acknowledge what had happened. I was so shocked given your team is typically so delightful. What a bummer to experience this tonight. I purposefully drive around the block to come to you rather than the 76 across the street because of employees like Lois. But if having literal trash purposefully thrust at me by angry employees is going to be a common experience I'd be glad to go elsewhere.
This place is absolutely selling bad gas. I have an 18.5 gallon tank and my car normally gets 22mpg in the city, but allowing for outside factors I’m using a low estimate of 20mpg. I filled up yesterday and have driven just 26 miles since then, but I’m already down 1/6th of the tank, or about 3 gallons, which at 20mpg should have lasted 60 miles. I checked for leaks and literally just had my air filter changed, plus my mileage was totally normal immediately before I filled up here, and it wasn’t a small change—it’s a DRASTIC difference from my normal mileage. I hate to think that someone who’s struggling might come here to save a few cents per gallon and wind up with gas that runs out 3x faster than it should!

Gas is reasonable over here. The only issue is the burns fairly quickly so you'll need to fill up again soon.

the cashier is very rude he stated this ain't a truck stop so therfore we couldn't use the restroom as it isn't mandatory for gas stations to have one....what a dush
