This Starbucks location is terrible!! My iced cinnamon dolce latte had no wiped cream and i asked for light ice and he pit in extra ice!! They are also always out of everything at this location! Would not recommend it.

I just want to say that Starbucks need to upgrade I ordered a iced macchiato and I got a 2.00 off coupon so I used it and the guy messed up my order he put caramel instead of whipped cream first and when I tried it it tasted nasty all my friends told me that it is good but I am never coming back ever ever again

So unfriendly and condescending. The older lady is way too slow. And takes forever taking orders. You ask them a question and Before you can finish speaking they always say no. Needs better training and communication. Get new people.

Closed at 3pm 1/2/22. They should update their hours if they will unexpectedly close and not put their outdoor sign on. Bummed I drove out of my way to stop by this location. Went here a few times before and never had this issue. Staff friendly most of the time. They currently have Xmas mugs 50% off.

I am so furious I waited 30 minutes! It says on the sign on the window that it opens at 5:30 today. I waited and I finally got somebody going into work and she didn't know what time they opened, then a guy came to let her in and I asked and he said there was a miscommunication on time and they still don't know what time they open although there is 5 Staff members that I could see through the drive-through window. So unprofessional

This one is located right at the entrance of VONs... you can see it as soon as you walk in. The downfall is the actual Starbucks sign is lower and not next to the "VONS" sign on the front of the building and it isn't until you get closer that you can notice the starbucks logo. In any event when I walked in, I noticed they have inside seating, but probably due to the ongoing pandemic it is not an option. I saw the employee stocking items on the shelf and she apologized quickly as soon as she spotted me. In any event, I went on with my order and she was patient and friendly. My order was correct and tasted good. She did confirm my order while she was making it! This was my first decaf coffee instead of regular and there isn't much of a difference taste wise... just way less caffeine. The cake pops are always delicious and we love their triple filtered water! All-in-all a good experience.
