One of few 24-hour drive thru coffee. Although late nite orders might not get filled perfectly, the overnight staff is always kind enough. Caramel or other can help if Starbuck are not your Thang.

My drink got messed up several times tonight and I still don't think it was made correctly! The barista seemed annoyed like girl you did not make the drink right and the cold foam was wrong but instead of starting over she spooned out the foam like how lazy. And it was supposed to be decaf but it said blonde and decaf come on.

I just want to be completely honest here, I think the morning and evening staff are amazing, they are so sweet and polite, I work at the hospital next door. But I just wanna be heard at this point, I work a lot of overtime and a lot of hours, what always bothers me is the fact that if I do come at night ; the overnight crew is just terrible and rude. It’s always sends me off in a terrible mood for work .I’ve experienced all three of them at the window, and they are very short with me, mean and at times laugh at me, it makes me not want to go to this Starbucks anymore but it’s the closest to my work. If whoever management can speak to them that would be great. Cause I love coffee but i might as well go to another one shop instead.Point is : if you don’t like your job why work it so much?

Ewww the fact that I didn’t even enter all the way in before a rude employee came up to us and told us the dogs weren’t allowed. I have brought my dogs in every time this exact store and never has this happened. He’s definitely new because he brought the actual policy book to us. This is to say the least the most ridiculous thing starbucks has done.

Pulled up at 2:30am. I was amazed by the tremendous customer service Sydney provided me with through the drive thru. She went the extra mile in the middle of the night and didn't even need too.

Really nice baristas!! Always pleasant and excellent service despite being always busy. Bariatas ar very skilled and efficient but still take the time to be pleasant and personable to me. Took off 1 star because despite having lots of indoor and outdoor space there is very little seating.

Excellent service and attitude by ALL Starbucks team members at this location. Amanda is especially awesome, and makes for great morning banter. Paul too. I love that they're welcoming of dogs at this location too. Best of all, they've got my order memorized.The manager, Paul, is amazing, and you can tell he understands what makes each teammate tick, if that's the phrase. Funny too.The vibe definitely changes from morning to mid-day to evening shift, and that's fine. I prefer the mornings as I feel that's when the vibe is best, even if it means I have to wait a bit longer for my coffee!Thanks for making the last 3 years in North Park amazing.Ryan and Loki

I've been here multiple times and the staff is very unwelcoming. It's like you can feel the tension of them hating their jobs in the air. And hey, I get it, customer service is tough-- but no excuse to be downright rude to customers. Also, staff here seems to hate dogs. Wouldn't come back with that ambiance.

Should might as well put self ordering kiosks because no cashier wants to take your order unless you want to be “rude” and waive them down or get their attention so they can tell you “ please wait” , I can imagine it being frustrating if you don’t have the app. Come on guys, Starbucks is paying you good money and you have that attitude like if you don’t need this job , be kind, be polite, ACKNOWLEDGE CUATOMERS AT THE REGISTER , just say “be right with you”
