My drink tasted good but service from the barista not the cashier the one calling the orders not very friendly like if she doesn’t want to be at work. Come on Guys we are coming from a trip tired and annoyed and even then I always say thank you and try to give a smile to employees.

This place does not open at 5am and there is no sense of urgency about anything in providing service. Trying to grab a bite before my flight, at 5:15 I finally saw an employee and asked her when they open. "Like...5:30 maybe" she said.Ma'am, this is an airport. People have places to be.They also do not have Wifi. If I'm paying inflated airport prices for this fast food, I want to at least be able to use reliable Wifi for a moment.

I asked for a caramel macchiato. It was a cup of milk with less than the two shots of espresso. I always order a caramel macchiato and I know what to expect. I kindly asked for a remake or a different beverage. The girl at the register declined and I just threw the drink away. I was not interested in drinking a cup of milk after a long flight.

Had a bad experience I ordered a iced mocha they gave me a. Macchiato they did want to give us the free cup, I asked her for my receipt the cashier said she couldn’t give it to me, few minutes later she gave a receipt but was not mine.They charge $7.95 for a venti size she even told I was not able to scan on my app.

I always come here always and it's always the same unhappy miserable attitude when it comes to the cashier I couldn't read her name tag "itaii " she wears eye glasses Her response her tone of voice it's unbelievable unfriendly I don't feel comfortable going there due to her unfriendly behavior I always order cup of water with ice it seems like it bothers her so much I order some drinks and I was missing my cup of water with ice I ask her I'm just missing my cup and she yelled at me Not all the staff are like this is just her !

Ordered two cappuccinos and they came out totally different, after bringing it to their attention the “barista” (if that’s what she can even be called) informed us that “one is a real cappuccino and the other is more like a latte cappuccino”. After tasting the “latte cappuccino” we went back for a “real cappuccino”; we got a cup with foamed milk and no coffee. Trying again now… who trained these people and what’s up with this pricing!? We just wanted two basic cappuccinos! Lmao. Come on Starbucks, we expect more than this… third time wasn’t a charm and my wife is now enraged and arguing with the workers. Disgusting! Four cup arrived after lots of yelling but it’s still not so good. Skip this spot ?
