I'd become a semi-regular customer when in the area And Starbucks is a needed addenda to the hometown coffee shop. The bathroom is clean and the customer service is usually, not always, fairly excellent. Fellow guests in this area are kind enough, and it is a nice escape from inconsiderate downtown (when it is).Parking: Parking is free on B St. And nearby, but north of B on 28th requires meter pay. There is usually a spot or two somewhere.

In brightest day, in darkest night. No customer can escape his sight. Those who worship coffee’s delight, beware his power Jorge’s polite!~Whenever I see that Jorge is working the atmosphere instantly changes. The drinks are always just right, the cleanliness of the store is S tier, everything is stocked and shelved accordingly.If you do not regular this Starbucks you are doing it wrong. You should visit this Starbucks for Jorge alone! I highly recommend they display Jorge’s work schedule so that everyone can experience this divine event.

Just ordered a Dragon Drink refresher. Trenta, light ice, vanilla cold foam. The lady's in this starbucks do not know where they are let alone should be attempting to make any more drinks. Watered down, I saw other drinks she was making & just by sight I could see she was falling very short of making any drinks correctly. When I told her she said " I can make another". Really? What for you don't know what your doing. Save yourself time. Go to starbucks in the Albertsons they know where they are & what they're doing

Don't bother ordering from here unless you do a mobile order.Waited over 20 minutes for a basic flat white the other day and I overheard an employee mention to another customer complaining about the long wait that mobile orders always jump ahead everyone else.I understand these employees are doing what they are told by upper management. But starbucks needs to make adjustments and make drinks in order received.

Got to the car, stuck my straw in the drink and saw that my Venti Iced Matcha Latte isn't even filled all the way? After the foam died down some, you can see it's definitely way under filled! What a rip off Starbucks location.

Saw the employee denying a cup holder to a paying customer (she said it’s only for delivery) and made me wait for 10 min for a pupccino, something that took her 3s to do. I’m impressed with the lack of customer support in this store.

Margarita the barista went above and beyond for me today and I appreciate her. I came to the wrong store and she offered to make the drink anyway since it had been paid for. I must have forgotten to specify "iced" so when the drink came out hot I offered to pay for a new one but she remade it again. Because of her I prefer this location! Thank you everyone on staff today
