Rarely even open until their listed closing time of noon - which is absurdly early. Why does this place even exist? A waste of taxpayer dollars to have such a limited place here.

My husband juts left here and he brought me literally half a capuchino. He questioned them if they are usually this light and they told him yes. They gave him half a cup of coffee with so much sweetener in it. These coffees are not cheap and to not take the time to even look and verify that it was prepared correctly is ridiculous. Mistakes happen I understand but this location is very rude to customers.

So I’ve been to Starbucks all over the world and this one has to have the worst customer service ever. I walked into the coffee shop to grab a coffee and the employee looked at and says “We’re closed!” Like it was my fault the door was still opened. Then I went to use the restroom and both the women and men are locked with a Starbucks employee’s only sticker on it. I would rather get a coffee from Dunkin Donuts than try this place again.
Wish they were open when the ship pulls in on a weekend.
